Let’s see, most of stage outfits are made of polyester, not very warm material, in South Korea it can drop below minus degrees and not all the stadiums have heating (and some of them are outdoors). I remember watching another channel's explanation of why we always see the idols with blankets, etc. I think people forget these idols have very little say over what they wear especially for performances, and while many of the outfits look good during said performances, they don't translate well to every situation i.e. sitting down or even the environment (Asia can get coooold.) Idols do what they can and it's lovely to see them help each other.

afaik yes. They have their own stylist , even on overseas performers. That's why they have a stylist and that's their job. Most of performers don't have control on what they wear...
