Kpop companies lie about idols’ height all the time cause according to korean beauty standards, the perfect height for a woman should be around 165-170cm. They will also lie if the idol is taller than 170cm lol cause that is considered undesirable too. Tzuyu is actually the only member in Twice that is taller than her official height she’s around 173cm

The thing that newer viewers/listeners need to remember is that K-Pop, especially Twice's brand of K-Pop, requires each member to Sing and Dance. Unlike Solo performers (like IU) or bands (like Day6), they can fully immerse their performance solely on vocals as that is their main "thing", to sing, with Girl Groups and Boy Groups, most of their tracks are meant to be performed Live, and on stage, meaning they have to do both Sing and Dance. And Of course, you would want your fans to be able to do covers/cover dances of it without much hassle of learning it. Twice do have B-sides that are catered to mainly pure voice performance like "Gone", "One in A Million", "Be as One", "Wishing" and tons of other ballads/slow songs in their 180+ list of songs since 2015 - but one sure thing that all Onces know, is that a lot of people do start of as "I don't like Twice's music, it''s too cute, too girly" then after a few months of being an earworm...... Metalheads, Rock enthusiasts, Gym rats, etc, become hardcore Onces 😆😍

JYP (the person) can produce a MEAN girly pop song. He has produced and written a ton of Twice’s hits.

As a once almost since debut, the only complaint I have ever had with Twice is that I wished there was more harmonizing

the best way to explain TWICE's discography and music is that of a girl that is going through stages of her life from childhood, adolescence to adulthood and her understanding of love through those stages. They started at 2015 when they were around 16-20 and if you listen through their discography from then to present, you would see the changes, not only in terms of production, but also the overall vibe. In a vacuum, listening to a twice song, especially their older ones, you would assume that this would be their concept, a bubbly childlike pop concept but in the bigger picture, you would understand why they made that type of music. Onces who stan them since debut till now know best what it's like to experience twice's music evolving and I think that is a very important key to know when diving into this group. Sometimes there's more to music than just the technicality of the production, the sound of their voice, etc.

They honestly have so much more songs that you’d love too. You guys have GOT to do a part 2. But thank you for checking out twice!!

@@pear1escentbe forreal, sana and mina didnt have vocal positions either so he definitely leaned into the fact that tzuyu was a visual. And tbh he was right. A lot of visual members can be left off the track without anyone noticing outside of stans. Tzuyu probably has the least remarkable vocal input in the group. Her singing is fine but the other members are either more vocally talented or have a more distinguished tone (momo/sana).

for TWICE, need to listen to their b-sides, you might be surprised. their recently EP. 'with you+th' might be good for start. 'fancy' is in 'fancy you' EP. which 'psychedelic' genre base (the whole EP.) but not just revisit the genre but re-branding it from 'hallucination' to something seem impossible but probable. 'what is love?' EP. is 'twist'(swing?) base but i love 'dejavu' back to back with 'ho'. and 'i can't stop me' in 'eyes wide open' album with retro sound but not just one genre, one of their best albums. have a good day. :)

I'm not a Twice stan, but I did enjoy their latest releases quite a lot, despite not really being into their music before. I really like their maturing in their artistery, and it's a sound I can relate to better.

Twice song are iconic

HONESTLY I'm so glad someone clocked the foot thing in I Can't Stop Me like I thought I was the only one who was like "why are there so many toe shots" (and I'm a very devoted Once - saw Twice in concert in Dallas last year lol) I don't mind the opinions here at all. Songs like "I Can't Stop Me" are the reason I got into Twice. Their older discography had to really grow on me because I'm not typically into super girly pop music and a LOT of their early stuff is. I appreciate their early stuff now because I'm an OT9 and I appreciate the girlies, but I totally see their points here. That being said, I think there are BETTER (read: more interesting) older songs of Twice for them to have heard, like TT or Yes or Yes.

in asia feet aren’t seen as weird or “dirty” like in the west. so it’s not weird for them to do a close up on jihyo’s feet, they propably wanted to show off the nail polish on her toes juts like they could’ve done it with a hand close up. and i don’t think there were “a lot” of toe shots in the MV, just 2, jihyo and sana and that’s it. and it wasn’t disturbing or anything 🤷🏽‍♂️

I really appreciate it when a KZreadr shares their honest opinions. Even though I like Twice, I still respect their feelings. Isn't the whole point of watching reactions to see genuine reactions to our idols? I'm really fed up with foolish praises and fake expressions that KZreadrs make just to attract viewers or out of fear of being attacked by the idol's fans

I find the reactions on this channel refreshing, even if it’s a negative review of a song/group that I enjoy. Kazinho tries to point pros that he sees. Not everyone is going to love kpop. And that’s ok. But there are still are still components to the productions, lyrics, MVs, etc, that can be talked about. And that’s what this channel does. There are a lot of fake reactions out there. They are trying to be genuine. They compliment and critique what they experienced. It’s refreshing. I enjoy this channel, even if I don’t agree with some things that they say. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, his comments make sense, since he hasn’t seen the journey of their career, and all of the growth and change that they’ve experienced, while music trends have changed too. His opinions (with the limited context he has) are valid. He isn’t biased towards the group out of affection. They are genuine reactions and opinions.

Twice has been active for a long time. The earlier songs you heard was from quite a while ago. When that was their bubbly era. The next three are more recent and can be considered their music have matured. The songs are still so freaking energetic and fast pace and still have the same sound/vibe Twice is known for. Also yeah most of their members have high pitch and nasal technics. That's why some people might find their lines annoying at times. But their songs being easy to listen to is so true. They're very uplifting and make people happy and excited. They can be listened to when working out, cleaning, or any daily activities that required energy. That's good enough for a song tbh. And I actually love all their title track for that ❤ Including What is Love. It's cute tbh. And a fun song 😂

They have so much music (around 230 songs if im not mistaken) and honestly they have so many amazing songs. They're early stuff are alot more teen girl vibes but as they're careers went on they started producing more mature music (ever since feel special). Even if you dont react to it you should definitely check out some of their newer songs because its honestly so fascinating to see how artists mature trought the years. Anyways great video❤

I hope you guys consider getting to know the girls better, they're considered to be some of the most relatable and goofy idols in kpop. They all seem to genuinely love working with each other, and it's a big deal that every one of them chose to extend their contracts. Imagine negotiating nine contracts that they all would agree to, this isn't something that even Girls Generation was able to manage. Granted, SM is a very different company than JYP. Criticize the company all you want, but I still think they're one of the better companies for idols given the nature of the industry that hopefully keeps on improving.

it's easy to find twice music annoying when you dont pay attention to the meaning behind the cheery music, twice is the most comforting group, they have so many albums and works as an army i can definetly say twice is the group that works the hardest for their fans and have the most combacks

PART 2 PLEASE!!!

The height of some members has changed, as 8.+ years have passed; Some of them were 15 when they debuted. People grow. KProfiles gets edited as content comes out, spanning years. Twice has a truly staggering amount of BTScenes, muruc program appearances, their Time to Twice show, etc... Chaeyoung, Dahyun, and Jihyo have been in a longstanding battle to *not* be the shortest, and there have been many measuring-sessions over the years. Poor Chaeyoung (16 @ the time) was so hopeful that she'd get out of last place/shortest...🤣

TWICE is my favourite girlgroup for sure. Even when some songs are weaker, for me they all slay! I was so excited for the reaction on "I Cant stop me" because this is legit my favourite song. The Chorus just hits so good!

I feel weird saying this as an elder millennial, because this song didn't come out THAT long ago, but it is such a great time in kpop. Thank you for reacting to Twice. Watching the whole reaction video I think your music taste leans more on their b-sides, especially the newer(transition to mature music side of Twice music). Twice is one of the biggest groups with the most discographies under their name. They have a lot of variety of b-sides songs with different genres. Some of them that might be up your alley. If you want vocally centered songs, they have there on their b-sides. If you want harmonies, they have on their b-sides. If you want sentimental, they have it on their b-sides. In short, Twice is that group that tackles every genre (mostly can be heard on their b-sides) with some pop mix here and there throughout the songs. If you try to delve more into their music you’ll be in for a surprise. Btw, Cry For Me is not a title track. It was a song that was not supposed to be released. The girls fought for it to be performed on stage for Once as a surprise gift (at least once). It was later on, released due to popular demand. If the girls insisted on performing the song it would one of the many unreleased/scrapped songs that Twice has recorded. And the sole reason for it is because the company doesn’t think those songs don’t fit the concept of the group. Basically, company decides what to release, what to keep on hold and what to scrap. Just imagine if Cry For Me is a song with a lot of potential getting scrapped, how about the other unreleased, on hold and scrapped songs prior and after Cry For Me. So much potentially good songs delayed or gone just like that. Anyway, sorry for the long comment. I just love Twice. I hope you can delve more into them with an open mind. They have a lot to offer than you can ever imagine. Thanks again! 😊

Saying this after the reaction to Fancy, and the comment about there being no reason for 9 members... I don't necessarily disagree, but there could be a few reasons. First of all, Girls Generation's popularity was declining by the time these girls competed for their spots on a survival show, and the public was wondering who might take their place. Looking back TWICE fit the role perfectly for being the next big nine member group, which actually was unique even when Girls Generation/SNSD debuted. On top of that, TWICE hasn't been known exactly for amazing vocals. A couple of them are very good, but overall they mostly get the job done lol, and I say this as a ONCE. Absolutely LOVE the group, but I don't care even a little bit if they aren't the best singers in kpop. A certain level of skill is important, but pop music is often about the overall performance and they fit that type of role extremely well. They're super fun to watch perform, and off camera are known as very dorky and goofy. Pretty enough to gain lots of straight male stans, but relatable enough to attract an equal amount of straight women as well. Speaking from a purely professional and tactical POV, JYP managed TWICE extremely well and I hope they continue figuring out what works for the group as they get older. Some kpop groups occasionally come back every so often, but it's unusual for a girl group to continue being this active this late in their career.

The shift in musicality has a lot to do with the maturity of their core concept that took place from 2017/2018-Present day. I believe the newer stuff illuminates the performance quality and lighthearted nature of their earlier music. They can do cutesy and catchy pop but also hard hitting conceptual pop and the duality makes them more intriguing as performers because no matter what they do they do it extremely well and become sensational.

FYI, cry for me is a cancelled song at first and they made a special performance for fan, then the fans just went crazy for the song to get released and they released it as single and added as a side track in their next album.

This video was almost torture for those who like Twice, What Is Love is a classic, some catchy song and an innovative music vídeo that will go down in the history of kpop and to say that fancy is annoying is blasphemous, Twice is happiness, it makes you happy and gives you strength, Twice is like an anti-depression! They started as Bubble Gum pop to gain popularity and became the next "Nation's Girl Group (SNSD was the first and I think are the reasons why k-pop girl group had more members I think 9 muses of Greek mythology; there is was a group also called 9Muses; or CEO had a vision they wanted to fullfill) and then they switched to Dance Retro Pop when they resigned to JYP. J.Y. Park actually produced most of their discography bc they were formed from his survival Girl Group show SIXTEEN, so yes, they literally his passion project group. Personally, I wished you had listened to "TT" instead of "What is Love."

I Cant Stop Me is the song that made me a kpop fan (Twice fan). Twice's discography is very extensive and colorful. I recommend anyone who really wants to get to know Twice to listen to the B-side. Especially "Eyes Wide Open" and the albums he released afterwards (the title track of the EWO album is I Cant Stop Me). My favorite Twice album is "Formula of Love"... Of course, Twice has legends and many fans in "What is Love", "Fancy" and "Feel Special", but it wouldn't be wrong to say that I am a fan of their last 6 albums. I'm not a huge fan of their old albums.

You need to react their bsides guys. Twice actually has a lot of song which a title track potential. And I'm pretty sure Kazinho will like it.
