Sir I am your old subscriber. My qualification is good, confidence and communication is also good but I gave two times tl interview but both of time I failed because of knowledge. Sir can you please provide your email id. I have some questions. My first question is that when I will provide the answer of attrition to hiring manager in oral way not in excel. Will I say that we use two times bracket in attrition or I can say that attrition count/opening head counts + closing head counts divide by 2. Thanks so much.
