You can tell there's mutual respect because dumbfounded gave Diz props at the end and if you watch his other battles, he doesn't look to shake the other person's hand. Also, when Diz was like, "watch out move back" and proceeded to do the spin kicks. Diz was looking out for DF to not get hit. That's saying a lot because Diz usually gets in the face of his opponents and looks for a physical fight! Lol
