Mutiara Rentas Desa Bus Service 29 is a stage bus service operating between Kota Bharu and Rantau Panjang at the international border with Sungai Golok, Thailand, via Pasir Mas. The main hub of Mutiara Rentas Desa bus services is at Kota Bharu Bus Terminal in the centre of town near Pasar Siti Khadijah, which is NOT to be confused with Kota Bharu (TESCO) Bus Terminal near TESCO Kota Bharu south of town which is mainly served by long-distance express buses.

Last year I also took this bus and walked to Thailand. Then I took SRT at Sungai Kolok Station

As a first timer going for this trip, would like to know whether the bus be stopping in any places in rantau panjang or will it directly stop us near the ICQS rantau panjang? scared i may get down in the wrong stop.

did u use egate at jb? any issue when stamping at rantau panjang?

If exiting at Rantau Panjang, ensure that you use a manned counter at JB to get a stamp. If the manned counter at JB points you to the egate, inform the officer that you are exiting at Rantau Panjang.
