This is one of the most powerful scenes of Kosem 🔥🔥This is what I wanted to see in season 2 😕 not a Handan 2.0 🫠, also the plot armour is out of control at this point knowing Kosem she would have Turhan and her Pasha assassinated a long time ago and probably already make plans B and C about replacing the current Sultan and thinking about everything , the end was a joke

That's a historical scene, altho Turhan and mehmed had nothing to do with it lol, the reason was different. But it's very accurate. Even her words are accurate. I don't understand why in series she just doesn't end Turhan, she has all the power and everyone listens to her. That's why this makes 0 sense, the way they mix drama with real life.

Mehmed is see as a pupet but it would be the truth as he can't do anything without his mother when he became an adult XD. Mehmed III and Mehmed IV were true failures Sultan( but Mehmed IV was not as worst as Mehmed III as he was a best father even if I don't like him so much come on guy you have a lot of privilegies so make your duty).
I never understood that contrast. In one hand when Kosem want to have absolute power, it is great while in another hand when Turhan wants what is rightfully hers, she is power hungry and does not care for her son.

Turhan dear, please stop you can't do anything to her. Valide sultan is far more powerful. Stop using your son. Be like real life, aka happy that you and mehmed have peace.
Turhan never cared for her son, look everyone how she wants to become regent, she's after positions and only positions. She's no different than the others. Emetullah will deal with her.
