Here are the proper steps to wash your car:... 1. Rinse the car well with pressure wash water. 2. Apply foam all over the car. Let it rest on the vehicle to collect dirt and dust.( Dont wash it yet with cloth) 3. Start cleaning the tyres and inner fenders. 4. Rinse the whole car. 5. Use 2 bucket method for washing the car with PH Neutral shampoo. 6. Rinse the car properly. If you have spray on wax/ceramic spray, apply it and rinse the car. 7. (Wash the engine bay if required or do interior cleaning as well) 8. Finally wipe clean the car with a different clean microfiber. This way your car gets the proper cleaning it needs, there will be no scratches or swirls too. ~ By an auto detailer.

I bought the same machine in Jan 2022 and used it hardly for 3-4 times. First the hose pipe connector got separated from hose pipe. (Evident cheap quality). I bought a new pipe. After that the pressure dropped and contacted Kortex there was no absolutely response and they respond at their convenience. Till now I m not able to use the machine. Please do not buy this unreliable machine and moreover the customer service is pathetic. Don't waste your time and money.
