The modular feeders, compression stations, and cam tracks permit the XL 400_4 MFP to be reconfigured for every application while adapting the process to different material issues like marginal flow properties or challenging compressibility. The XL 400_4 MFP three-layer offers 5 or 20 kN first and second layer tamping stations. The three feeders are zero clearance, without recirculation and are configured with an integrated dust extraction manifold, which cleans the die table and eliminates any potential for cross-contamination.
