The song titled "KOROTOLO KOMOLO" is sung by Zublee Baruah, which speaks and glorifies the mesmerising Majuli - the world's largest river island situated on the mighty Brahmaputra River. The young and talented Lyricist & Composer of the song Latu Gogoi, enhances the beauty of the song by collaborating the first ever poem "KOROTOLO KOMOLO" written by the saint- scholar, poet, playwright, musician, artist, social- religious reformer and a figure of importance in the culture and religious history of Assam, MAHAPURUSH SRIMANTA SANKARDEV, when he was just 12 years of age. This devotional poem is the first ever assamese poem which is written without the use of any vowel signs, and which speaks about the divinity of Lord Krishna.
This song was all set to be done almost a decade ago, but Zublee kept it on hold, although this is one of her most favourite ones. But now as this song is released, this truly feels to be the right time. As said and believed everything happens for a reason. Musically crafted by Dipkesh Borgohain and Mixed and Mastered by Dony Hazarika. We present this lyrical video illustrated by Mukul Bhuyan and Graphically designed by Sanjib Pathak. Fortunate enough to have had the hand written fonts by Zublee’s father Sri. Naba Kumar Baruah.
