This is in 1998 when I heard i never turned back from metal all of it, mind you I like music 🎵🎶💯🤘🏽🤘🏽😈😊
Killer reaction, and fucking hilarious. I remember the first time I heard that guy doing that strange beat boxing thing, it is now an iconic reminder of how unique that band is.
Yes! 🤘 Great reaction mate, you really took the time. The beatboxing is actually called ‘scatting’, but who cares. It’s a signature of the KoRn singer Jonathan Davis. Have fun diving on the (Nu) Metal rabbit hole. Up next by KoRn; “Got the life”, as it’s an evolution into this music. Heavier stuff comes after. Peace

@@becomeaproreacts1536yeah, got the life is a good song to react to next.
Welcome to the world of Korn. Man, they have been my favorite band for 25 years and I envy you for being able to listen to these tracks for the first time as an adult. I started listening to this album when I was 12 years old. Great reactions so far! I’m going down the line. Next song of theirs to react to is Rotting In Vain. It was made in 2016 but it has vibes like this 1998 album. Keep em coming!
Queen of the Damned soundtrack is mainly Jonathan Davis and is total 🔥. Slept so Long please. Subbed
Korn are part of a genre called “Nu-Metal”. The genre includes artists like Linkin Park, Rage Against the Machine, 311, P.O.D., etc. that combine both rock and rap music and are very lyrical. Check them out. I’d also recommend reacting to songs from Linkin Park and Jay-Z’s mashup album “Collision Course”.
You got the face nailed. The emotion that makes you curl your lip and bang your head. That’s. The drug. Great shit man. Canadian love brother.

Got tons of respect fir you stepping outside your comfort zone. Quite refreshing 😊
Feel like Korn is going through a bit of a revival right now
Just came from your Got The Life reaction and this did not disappoint. Just wanted to think you again for the open-mindedness. It's refreshing to see. This genre is Nu Metal and they're considered the pioneers for it. A mix of hip hop, funk, and Metal. This song is about how the record labels parade their artists around like a dog on a leash and make bank off of them while the artists tend to be censored and treated poorly (have their passion and creativity r*ped from them). This breakdown is absolutely iconic. Another good song to check out would be The Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter. I think you'll fall in love with the blues and gospel influence in that song. It's from the 60s and still bangs today with an extremely relevant message. Same thing for Black Sabbath - War Pigs which came out in 1970 and is the birthplace of Metal.
You don't need to use your neck to headbang to Korn. You need to use your back. Look at live videos of Korn performing.

Welcome to the metal community guy, happy to see u here. We're very welcoming here, but u will still find dumbass's, but most of us are decent people. Many different genres, so u'll never really find repetitive stuff here. Lots of dark stuff, but also funny and energetic stuff as well. Christian, Satanic, Muslim, Indian, Chinese ect. Metal will make u think and feel a lot of different ways. But at the end of the day, u find what u like, and go from there. I'd recommend Pantera's We'll grind that axe for a long time, Slaughter to Prevail's, Demolisher and, Black Sabbath's War Pigs. One helluva journey guy, a deep rabbit hole. Support from this Canadian viewer. 🤘👍

Shout out to you, im also from Canada, Toronto, mental music is slowly growing on me lol 😆
This is also a song about the music industry and not letting Korn do what they want. From one headbanger to a new headbanger, chiropractor
super glad you checked out Korn! my mom went to school in Bakersfield so their music has always been playing when i was growing up. But for a music reccomendation id love to see you listen to Muse-knights of Cydonia while you're listening to rock music
HE got that DMX BARK RRRRRRUF RRRRRUFFF
Appreciate the open mindedness, man. It’s so beautiful to see ❤. Speaking of fruit and vegetables, Blind Melon and The Smashing Pumpkins are bands 😂. Welcome to a wonderful journey of becoming a metal head. We’re a very welcoming group of people and we’d be happy to have you. A song recommendation for you that I think you’d like is Stone Temple Pilots - Interstate Love Song. The vibe is immaculate. It’s illegal to not groove to this song. I believe if memory serves the album this song is from, Purple, went six times platinum. Amazing band and Core and Purple are fantastic cover to cover albums.
"Korn. Like Corn on the Cob." Me: "You need a new job." (reference to another Korn song)
I remember the premier on MTV, it was over. They broke MTV. I’m not even exaggerating, look it up 😅
Hold on , evolution , narcissistic cannibal , great songs
Best reaction ever! ⚡️
HES TALKING ABOUT THE RECORD INDUSTRY MAKING THEM FREAKS ON LEASHES
Very nice reaction video. additionaly i would recommend Deftones (songs "My own summer", "Passenger", "7 Words"...), for a real unique stuff, try Tool (songs "Pneuma"," Schism", The Pot", "Forty Six & 2", etc...) You wont be dissapointed :D Enjoy it friend. BR

I second this.
That's not just a problem with HipHop/R&B. Most new music being produced now is insanely simplistic. Just the same formula that worked being used over and over again. Part of that is due to companies wanting a repeatable product, and part of it is due to 'artists' who don't really understand the history of music, or have much experience with music as an actual complex art form with nuance.

I couldn't agree more 👍🏾
the way you said you are expanding out of rnb/hiphop cause the state of actual music is why im staying, there are decades of brand new music all tastes and colors, you did bounce perfectly to the beat, im subbing, hope to see a lot of everything, my personal taste is extreme metal music, but theres plenty of jews scattered all around any given genre, and tons of people of that fanbase waiting to share the music, keep em coming while becoming a pro my G.

Sick reactoin. If ytou in to "rage". If you like to scream while you work out. Try out "Wake up hate " by Korn.
Imagine a korn and rage against the machine song
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Took me way back
Check out korn all in the family
Loving the rock reactions, but there’s a lot of good rap artists out there still. Check out Knox Hill, NF, Tom MacDonald, Crypt, Dax, 100 Kufis, Ren, Harry Mack, Mac Lethal. Some very good underground rappers spitting lyrical bars. Knox Hill just dropped a remix to Eminem’s Kill Shot where he was spitting lots of lyrical bars basically saying fuck you to the music industry and showing love to independent artists. That song has been blowing up in the reaction community. Knox Hill has basically the best bar breakdown channel and is VERY knowledgeable, but he’s also a very skilled independent, lyrical rapper. I mean, just check out all these artists. They’ve got the hip hop talent you’re missing.

Band Deftones! Songs Change My own summer Rosemary Passenger
The way you kept referring to KoRn as new got me dead💀idk why. Like the “I guess you can call your self corn is acceptable now” like the band isn’t in its late 20s
good bands like this (nu-metal) limp bizkit snot deftones (see "headup") ghoulspoon rage against the machine one day as a lion powerman 5000 (early) white zombie slipknot kid rock (early) (hed) p.e. system of a down primus p.o.d. (early) mudvayne (early) incubus (early)

Rage against the machine
A good one to introduce you to THE G.O.A.T.s of Metal Metallica "Master Of Puppets" about how addiction can become your master.
I get you my friend. But doing korn for white people is kinda scary 😅. Try Metallica And Megadeth 😅. It's easier 😅.
First Time Listening.... what a lie.
