K-pop is pretty popular in Bangkok, not sure about the rest of Thailand. Other than Blackpink and Bambam/GOT7, Newjeans did an ad for McDonalds and their posters were all over the place. Recently BabyMonster had commercials for Pepsi on TV too.
Great Reaction Cherry! BABYMONSTER is already getting popular in Thailand! YGE officially introduced the 7 members of BABYMONSTER on May 12th 2023! And about two weeks later he sent all of them to Thailand to start learning about the culture! And they became Spokespeople for Pepsi Thailand! BABYMONSTER is in Japan for their first Fan Meeting/Concert! They Sold Out a 15K arena for two days! Going to 5 more countries and will finish in Thailand!👶😈🤘🙏🏻
You should have shown your friend Batter Up. Pepsi Thailand used Batter Up for their advertising jingle on National radio and TV. Also Baby Monster girls posters are on public buses and trains.

Babymonster not popular in Thailand? I guess that's why they had to add a second show for next month in Bangkok.
Lisa's stepdad is a European guy. So she may have been lower income before her stepdad came around, but I'm pretty sure he had a decent salary by local standards.
