1- Aspava is not a name of special food, it is name of a concept restaurant chain at Ankara, 2- It is not brekfeast, it is open for lunch and dinner. By.

혼자 여행하면 음식을 남길 수밖에 없는 경우가 가끔 생겨서 아쉽습니다..

This is not breakfast there is no such thing as Ankara breakfast. Turkish breakfast is also very rich. There are more than 200 different type of Turkish 🧀 cheese. The restaurant workers and owner offered most of the stuff for free as you are a Korean, for Turks Koreans are brothers. 550 Turkish Liras for all of that is extremely cheap. The real price would be way more than 550 Turkish Liras. We have soups too we mostly eat soups before the main dish. The red spicy side dish is possibly acılı ezme which is made from tomatoes, red dried hot pepper 🌶 . The testaurant owner and the workers wanted to show you other dishes cause Turkish Cusine has thousands of dishes. The fried ball is kinda like Mando it is called İçli Köfte and the best ones are boiled not fried. Mando is called Mantı in Turkey and it is small 🤏 like the size of a 🍒 cherry and eaten with yogurt but in other Turkish countries like Türkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan etc it is called Manto and they are big like Korea. That desert is called künefe it is made from thin hand made noodles and there is a special cheese inside. The other one is İrmik helvası it is made from thin grinded wheat called irmik, milk, sugar and sometimes with a few spices and pine nuts. You definitely need to visit Adana city and stay at least a week to try the food as you like 🥩 meat and soups. I love ❤ Korea and Korean food. Korean people are amazing, Korea is very beautiful country. Feel free to ask about Turkish cuisine, history and language. Hoşgeldiniz.

Thank you for your comment and the plentiful information! It helped me understand more things. And I will check about Aspava again, I think there is some wrong information I got before. I hope to have a chance to visit Turkiye again, then I will probably visit Adana!
