Ingredients:
Bean Sprout Soup (콩나물국)
1.5L water
4 Cups Bean sprouts
1 Broth pack
1 Korean Red Chili/Pepper
2 Green onions
3 cloves of Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce (Soup) 국간장
Salt, to taste (at least 1/4 tsp)
계란말이
4 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Green Onion, chopped
1/8 Cup Carrots, minced
Oil
Directions
Rolled Omelette:
1. Chop green onions (set aside 1/3 for the soup) and mince carrots. Place in medium bowl.
2. Crack 4 eggs into the same medium bowl.
3. Add 1/4 tsp of salt and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
4. On medium low heat, add some oil to a medium sized pan and smooth with a paper towel.
5. Turn heat to low, and add a little bit of egg mixture to pan.
6. When the other side is cooked just enough that it is starting to turn a pale yellow, roll egg.
7. Slide over to one side of pan, and pour some more of the egg mixture to the pan. Make sure to cover enough to continue the roll.
8. Repeat until mixture is completely out. Be patient, and remember that the key is to cook on low heat!
9. Once complete, set aside and let it rest.
10. Cut into symmetrical pieces and serve!
Bean Sprout Soup:
1. Add water to a pot, and add broth pack. Turn heat on medium high and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
2. Prepare the bean sprout by washing thoroughly and cutting the tail off the bean sprouts. Set aside.
3. Mince garlic and set aside.
4. Cut red pepper.
5. Take out broth pack.
6. Add garlic, soy sauce, and salt to taste.
7. Add bean sprouts to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes.
8. Add green onions and red pepper to the soup. Stir.
9. Serve warm!

As a Korean, I'd guarantee this is the Authentic Korean breakfast for ordinary Koreans. We do like oyster sauce, but we don't put it in traditional food. There are tons of weird "Korean" food videos in KZread, but it's the real one. Thanks, Angie.

Nobody talks about this, but Koreans generally speaking looooove melted cheese on just about everything. For people in the West who are completely unfamilar with Korean food they really have no idea. Fried chicken, tteokbokki, kimchi and cheese pancakes...so many 'gateway' meals to pique their interest and capture and convert them for life! Haha, great channel Angie, thank you so much. You made the Korean 'tamagoyaki' look so easy to make. What a superpower! We all know they're not easy to make at all, deceptive! ;D

Hello! The red color peppers are just red color chili. In Korea it’s called 홍고추 which translates to red chili. The Korean ones aren’t too spicy just a quick kick to your tongue but that’s pretty much it! Haha

It’s a broth pack. If you go to the Korean grocery stores, they have multiple kinds of these and there are ones with fish, veggies, etc that you can add in to make your water have depth in flavor.
