It comes in wheels 55 to 75 cm in diameter and weighing 32 to 45 kg. The Jura is a mid-mountain region that extends over the Doubs, the Jura and the Ain 10:38 The certified Herbes de Provence blend is a blend of dried thyme, rosemary, savory and oregano mixed in the following proportions: 19% thyme, 27% rosemary (Origanum vulgare not Andromeda polifolia ) , 27% savory, 27% oregano. Since it's industrial it surely has a far higher proprtion of Thyme ( it's the cheaper herb that can keep its flavor after dry industrial process ).
