Korean representative winter snack Bungeoppang

• INGREDIENTS
750g of hotcake mix(basic dough got Bungeoppang), 750ml milk, 3 eggs, 30g of starch.
[Seed Bungeoppang] 1/3 of Bungeoppang batter, 100g of black sugar, 50g of nuts, 5g of cinnamon powder.
[Pizza Bungeoppang] 1/3 of Bungeoppang batter, 100g of mozzarella cheese, 100g of tomato sauce, 2 rows of long smoke sausages.
[Smore Bungeoppang] 1/3 of Bungeoppang batter and 10g of Cocoa powder, 1 Ghana chocolate, 8 pieces of marshmallow.
• DIRECTIONS:
[Basic dough]
1. Put 750g of hot cake mix, 750ml of milk, 3 eggs and 30g of starch into a bowl and stir them with whisk.
[Seed Bungeoppang]
1. Put 100g of black sugar, chopped peanut, walnut, sunflower seeds, 50g of almonds, and 5g of cinnamon powder in a bowl to make a filling for Bungeoppang.
2. Apply cooking oil to the fish bun-shaped mold.
3. Add a ladle of dough to the preheated mold.
4. Add 1 tbsp of filling made through step 1 and cover with 1 ladle of dough.
5. Cook evenly over low heat.
[Pizza Bungeoppang]
1. Cut two long-smoke sausages into four pieces each.
2. Apply cooking oil to the fish bun-shaped mold.
3. Put a ladle of dough to the preheated mold.
4. Add 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
5. Add 10g of sausage and mozzarella cheese on the sauce.
6. Cover up the ingredients with one ladle of dough.
7. Cook evenly over low heat.
[Smore Bungeoppang]
1. Add 10g of Cocoa Powder to 1/3 of the doughin order to make the chocolate dough.
2. Apply cooking oil to the fish bun-shaped mold.
3. Add a ladle of chocolate dough to the preheated mold.
4. Add a piece of chocolate.
5. Put a piece of marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
6. Cover up the ingredients with one ladle of chocolate dough.
7. Cook evenly over low heat.

    저도 붕어빵 만들러 갑니다~ 근데 초코 마시멜로 붕어빵이라닛!! 이건 겨울 디저트 붕어빵계 혁명이군요🙊
