I’m gonna start wearing a hijab this summer and I’m very nervous because I’m Asian, Muslim, while living in America. Though people are quite nice, many can be judging and rude so I’m a bit nervous.I’m very proud to be a Muslim and excited to see how a hijab will work out^^ edit: I’ve started wearing it to high school, a couple weird stares but it’s going good so far

I'm a Malaysian hijabi and I've had a Korean friend who asked "why you wear hijab but your friend doesn't?" my explanation was simple; It's our way to express our devotion. I wear hijab to express my devotion, but there are many other ways to do so. My friend doesn't wear hijab but she may show her devotion in different ways like charity or kindness.

I am really Proud to be an Muslim and i really appreciate how other people think about us wearing hijab. I don't only wear hijab but i too wear a Abaya to fully cover myself though I m just 15. I started wearing Abaya at a age of 13 and i started wearing hijab at a very young age like 6 to 7. I m really grateful to allah that I have been born as a muslim and i got chance to study in islamic school. I know many things about Islam , Quraan and prophets. Alhamdulillah 💜
