I think it is a great advantage for a Korean celebrity to speak and understand English. No matter how others criticize them for some imperfections they are still way ahead of the others. It brings them to places and opens doors for new experiences. Good job. Keep it up.

They do very well. It's the same for someone from another country speaking a trying yo speak a foreign language. I always find people very tolerant and helpful when I make mistakes. They respect and are happy that I at least try.

Yeah, BoA tried to enter the US market back in the late 2000s. Totally bombed. All the Wonder Girls are fluent since they moved to the US as well in JYP's bad decision to enter the US market.
