I feel you so so bad 😔 BUT, Lena's videos really uplift me a lot.. like seriously 😭🥰🥰 I'm down in the trenches more often than not (clinical depression will do that to a person 😢) but I stg putting together a random playlist of her (and Mai Pham's) videos ALWAYS perks me up (even on the days I go to therapy, I be sitting in the waiting room and playing their videos to get my mood lifted a bit and it works lol) Also, as hard as it is, a bit of exercise always helps to lift up my mood. A walk, a jog, a run. Just move.👌🏾 So from one depressed phased girlie to another, I'mma keep you in my prayers firstly, and secondly I hope you get better soon.. "This too shall pass" 😘😘😘🙏🏾❤️
