Anna's "Are you kidding me?" So relatable. XD The stylists and the boys were very disrespectful this day. Also, the camera work for that part was really good. If you watch the other performances the camera work wasn't the best actually but they highlighted and showed other portions you don't really notice in others.

That arm-hand-finger extension is one of my faaaaaavorite parts of the Slow Dive choreo, along with the leg extension during the chorus. Also, the footwork just at the start of BK's verse is just great. It's much more visible in the dance practice, where there aren't any camera cuts.

I love the slow dive choreography because it's different from the other, there's just so much fluidity and it looks satisfying af. Also don't tell anyone this but it's actually one of my favorite choreographies just because of Donghuns sassy hip sway. 👀 If you compare it to the other members he just puts that extra bit of sass in and I am obsessed with it I don't even know why One of my favorite bsides from them is black and blue, it's a unit song from Jun and WOW and it's so gooood

Yup A.C.E wastes no movements. It's one of the main points of their choreographies. Every detail is good... from the killing parts up to the smooth transitions. Sooo A.C.E👌

soo i don't know if you want to do fancams but Black and Blue is honestly one of my favs perfromances but is only Jun and Wow.. Worth it tho.. Also slow dive becames addictive the more you listen to it..

Once again, I appreciate the knowledge I gain from you two! I didn't exactly register that there were background vocals throughout the whole of Baby Tonight, I just thought it sounded echo-y??? In a good way. So thanks for pointing that out, Anna! And Peyton, there is a stationary camera version of this exact performance of Baby Tonight without the "unfortunate shot" (XD I feel you, moving cameras can be a nuisance). I hope you did see it! Oooh, Anna, I think maybe you need to try some of their different tracks to get the seduction you were expecting here! It's an older B-side from the Take Me Higher era, but the Jun & Wow duet B-side, Black & Blue, usually gets a lot of screams haha. I was at a concert of their's in Toronto, when they were doing a Canadian mini-tour with K-con; I'm pretty sure some CHOICE's fainted XD (Jun & Wow tend to approach a particular choreo bit during 2nd pre-chorus differently depending on performance, so you get varying live experiences from one song. Idk if it's on purpose, but it's cool.). It's a different sort of sound for them too, imo. Also, Do it Like Me is another A.C.E B-side was meant to be a comeback title track but t'was not to be. It's another one that gets screams haha. An underrated gem is their Japanese single, My Lover. The smoothness between movements you were talking about Peyton? I like the smoothness of the dancing in that one! Sometimes it's hard to pinpoint where exactly they switched into another move sometimes lol.

I enjoyed your reaction a lot and your professional comments were really helpful. As for me I'm not able to choose between Slow dive and Baby tonight, I like them both. I watched so many versions of them and I prefer Slow dive dance practice to see all the details. As for Baby tonight the camera work here isn't satisfying. Fancam version gives more. I can't wait for your next reaction. I love Do it like me and Black and blue, I was obsessed with them for some time, but I had to search a lot to find all the versions of the performances, cause most of the videos have a lot of screeming, our fav boys do things with Choices' hearts😆😆😆

`slow dive` - Best choreo.

I think that in all stages of Baby Tonight the cameramen doesn't catch Byeongkwan's movement that Peyton mentioned. Wen I first listened both songs I liked baby tonight a lot, but now I really love slow dive more. Waiting for the next videos, expecially with their covers!!!

There is a stationary fan cam for the performance they watched. It's nice for getting the whole picture of the choreography, as long as cameras crossing in front periodically doesn't bother you. ;)

the stationary fancam was really helpful in seeing the whole dance! but close up shots always miss the best moments...sighs...you'd think they'd get better at this sort of thing more b-sides first and then covers!!

Slow Dive is one of my favourite choreo. I love the vibe, the dance speaks the lyrics and music, and there so many iconic movee. Baby tonight is my favourite track of the album, cause im a vocal harmonisation addict. I heard the song several times before see the dance. Tbh I was expecting the dance will be more like slowdive, more slow, but they have it more powerful. Its just a taste anyway. For Anna: you should watch their It's live performance of baby tonight! Its so goodd 😭

I hadn't listened to any of their non-title tracks yet, so I was very curious to hear what an A.C.E. b-side would sound like. I didn't like them quite as much as their other songs, but I was still pleasantly surprised! I'll probably go listen to more of their discography today.

A.C.E's title tracks are definitely their most aggressive, hard hitting songs. Their B-sides do have a different flavor, but I find them quite enjoyable. You might like Golden Goose. It's slower, but very powerful.

I'm surprised u didn't check the dance practice for better choreo view but okay xD live stage is good but they mess up at end not showing Jun at end when he was in the middle I'm disappointed of the camera man + he did that high note soo "sigh " is little bit funny bc I often complain about the dance practice too bc of how far a way are they but I still like it more than the live lol slow dive is one of my favorite songs I love it so much that's why I feel little bit disappointed about some stuff xD hope u enjoyed it and sorry for blabbing so much I can't help but talk about it

We did check out the dance practice before commenting but as a general rule we don't react to dance practices..since they practice so hard to do the lives, if those are available we always go with that, especially since dance practices are in both of our minds as 'practice' and to still be improved on, but lives are the finished product! camera angles in live performances tho... big sighs. even with the camera dry runs, there's so much that could be improved on!

Hellooo I have returned. Later that i had planned but yk that college life and pain is so funnn. Okay first point why is Anna's ooh-ah so adorable and why peyton saying little details so cute lolll. Now actually onto a.c.e, personally baby tonight had to grow on me. Although I could obviously appreciate the talent behind it, the chorus felt much brighter and almost out of place in comparison to the verses. Having listened to a lot and when checking out the stages the song now feels like a sweet serenade? Like a mix of cute, sweet and seductive but somehow it just works, I dunno if that makes sense but it does in my head. Slow dive though. I *love* slow dive it's just the soundscape it creates is just impeccable. It makes me feel like I'm floating through space okay wait not space but like travelling through dimensions? A dystopian future??? Waahhh I really cant put it in word haha maybe its cause of the sparkly (?) iridescent (??) stage outfits. Speaking of stage outfits the baby tonight outfits (are they still considered modernised hanboks?) are so prettyyy. Honestly I really need to do research into who is behind their styling and makeup - I've honestly seen nothing like it in kpop (and if you cant tell from my essays on every other bloody video, I stan a lot of groups or at least have some sort of understanding of them which is uhh probably unhealthy but it is what it is I guess lol) Anyways, they were on the zach sang show yesterday, I dunno whether you've seen it yet or not. But its definitely worth the watch. Lots of announcements - damn this year is really gonna be a wild one. ~~my brain is mush todayyyy~~ please excuse me. @@BerryBestReacts Those were so amazingly gorgeous. Don't know if you noticed, but in the still press photos you can see that both Byeongkwan's and Donghun's vests were cropped. During the performance, Donghun wore his familiar extra-wide belt, so there's that. I'm glad you got to see the APAN performance. Oh, and Channie's intro 😇 I felt really clownish when he told us during the Vlive that it's actual an instrumentation of Under Cover using traditional Korean instruments.

Your take on the songs is interesting. Overly sexy songs usually end up annoying me, but A.C.E manages to avoid that by always having another flavor mixed in there: playfulness, desperation, something.

I dont have a specfic taste or dislike for any sort of song type or genre really, it's just a thing of I enjoy it or not (hence my playlist ranging from heavy metal to bubblegum pop lol). I think Leo is good example of someone who does like full sexy/sultry kind of songs that arent too much for me. I think it was less so about it needing to be all the same vibe and moreso how it fit together if that makes sense. I now very much enjoy the song but I still think the choreography doesn't completely match it in the sense of mixing the sexy vibe with playfulness but I dont have knowledge on dance to know or understand it properly but just rather how I perceive it. Having said that, I think its such a beautiful thing that everyone has such a wide range of taste and preferences and that there are so many great artists out there making incredible music across all the countries that can cater for peoples differing taste. Music is a beautiful artform and language.

Tou should check out their live baby tonight performance the live vocal ones. It shows their talent and the full potential of the song very well

Something is wrong with Jun lately. He was the cleanest dancer in the group but now performs like he has barely practiced. I really don't get the appeal of Baby Tonight. It's beginning and ending are so abrupt that it feels like an incomplete song. I like how you give an honest assessment!

we're glad you like our opinions! being honest in our reactions is very important to us! We hope nothing is wrong with Jun lately >< it really might have just been an off day, but it's also common for performers to go through slumps (actually..interesting tidbit..in dance, it usually looks like you're regressing before you have a major level up...kind of like hitting a wall and then breaking through it?? maybe we're about to get leveled up Jun???) either way, we hope he's doing well and taking care of himself! so many factors in life can affect performance and as leader he's got even more responsibilities....
