I love the song. Who is the singer? Konza for sure will make Nairobi look ungovern which is the case. Tatu city since is private it might outshine konza but konza is on another level if managed well

When the vertical infrastructure starts to go up these good roads might be ruined ( the massive rolllies, earth movers etc) but, that's just my opinion.
