I agree about the diction and pronunciation. They knew the correct way to pronounce "Virgin"

I very much enjoyed this performance. Eastern Europe has a long and rich history of choral excellence. Also...How were they able to sway in two different directions. I've had problems getting my choir singers to sway together in one direction. The young female soloist really has some pipes...very good voice. Brava to the director as well!

Beautiful! We sang the Gospel Mass in college @Wesleyan University. Music is truly universal and heartfelt

Am I living in a parallel universe - where is this place where all the women are beautiful and sing like angels ? Seriously seeing this choir so engaged and well rehearsed left me with a tear in my eye ! Great work :) You guys did well too !

The guys look pretty good too! (Smile) My ethnic background is Polish...wish I could be there to see this choir! We are in Richmond, Virginia, rehearsing this Mass right now with the One Voice Chorus - a choral group dedicated to racial diversity...Hope we sound as good as this choir!

My choir (Salt Lake Choral Artists) is performing this work as one part of our October concert coming up. I have been looking & looking through KZread videos, & I do believe this is THE BEST performance/recording out there! I wanted to know who these incredible people were, so I looked up the name of the choir. WOW -- this is a recording from the New Year's Concert given by the Chorus of the Medical University of Bialystok, POLAND! Phenomenal! Their diction is amazing; you can understand every single word! Not only that, but my choir director (Dr. Brady Allred) will be tickled pink because *every* single time they sing the work "the", they sing it with a schwa!!!!! P.S. And this all just goes to show... as I know well from personal experience (M.D.)... the VERY strong connection between science/medicine types & music. :)
