I hate that the longer videos don't seem to do as well by KZread's standards. I personally love sitting down, grabbing some snack or some work I need to do, and just letting the video play out. It's relaxing and interesting to see. No one else puts in as much effort to go into detail like you do, LPS Dave, so thank you for continuing to make these. As an older watcher, who loves these intricate things, I mean it when I say you do a great job.

For those wondering since LPS Dave asked in the video, her is what Aluminum Lake is: According to the FDA, lakes are formed by reacting straight dyes (such as FD&C Green No. 3) with precipitants and salts. Aluminum is often a component. Lakes may be used as color additives for tablet coatings due to their stability, and may also be used for cosmetics such as eye shadows. There ya go everyone! Loved the frying effect! Great play time set! I have been a long time supporter, and it saddens me what KZread has done to channels that have worked hard to build up a viewership.... I've been watching Konapun videos for years. I wish it was still for sale because it's so cool.

i started watching you when i was like 5 then stopped at like 8-9 and i randomly thought of this channel the other day and im so happy your still making videos for kids to enjoy!

Yep, it sure has changed in the last year. Sadly I believe as a much younger audience started watching more on parents devices, that swayed how KZread featured content. This is why we were all subjected to videos in related and feature section that we would not normally watch.

If you left the nuggets and chicken wings in the fryer longer and don’t move them, they should float to the top like when french fries are done in the fryer and they float to the top.

Cool! They did state in the instructions that the lack of bubbling could be if the items are not put in the oil right away. Since the chicken sat for awhile while I was making them and then they sat while I was setting up the next scene, it could explain the lack of bubbles and potential floating. Thanks for the info!

While using the fryer youre supposed to wait for the chicken to lift up before getting it out, like when doing real deep frying (the food is usually ready when it goes up to the top) and then it does change the appearance a bit.

Thanks! I double checked the directions and there is no mention of leaving it in the oil for an extended time. My guess is if you have seen that in another video, they might have let it soak for far longer then intended and saturated the pieces. They do mention that if you put the chicken in and it has sat out for too long then you do not get as good a frying effect. Which would be the bubbles.

I’ll have to come back to this and watch it in full tonight....a nice treat to watch it when I go to bed. Just reading some comments, I want to say that a family channel like your’s should not be hurting after the changes to KZread were made. LPS brings back so many great memories for me, so I know that thousand of people that were born in the 60’s feel the same. There is no other channel like this. It’s very special, and your hard work is obvious. 👍🏻

This has always been a personal mission to show kids toys from different generations. In some small way I feel it documents toy history which may not be understood until many years into the future.

These powder to food kits are always interesting. I love the ones where you warm the wax/plastic and form meals that look completely edible but are not, not even a little bit. The kit is so well formed and neat to see.

I love your easy bake oven videos So much.

I also really enjoy the longer video format. With the modern "content mill" 5 and 10 minute videos you really don't get anything in depth, and you just get settled in to watch... but the video is already pretty much over! Just goes to show that KZread doesn't really understand what their viewers actually like and need. Just because I *will* watch a 10 min video if nothing else is available... that doesn't mean that's what I *prefer* to watch! That's like giving a bunch of people the choice of "plain oatmeal, or nothing" for lunch, then saying "well, they all ate the oatmeal, so it must be everyone's favorite food." If that makes sense as an analogy. Anyway, I hope you are able to find time for longer videos now and then.

its sad to hear the channel is hurting :( i love the long videos they're very relaxing though i will admit i havent watched in a few months, but im going to backtrack and watch what i've missed. if you do any more kits in the future maybe "cooking puchi food" will be of interest, like this set its not something you eat but its like clay you make the food. from japan. i love those sets :)

I wasn't getting notifs from this channel even though I pressed the bell. However, KZread seems to think I'm actually interested in what Logan Paul is doing, if my recommendations are anything to to by. Well is pretty unfortunate and a problem they have not fixed. They do not think anything is wrong and I hope one day they fix it. We lost a ton of watchers on our channel. I do appreciate the kind words and support of the channel.

Aaaahhhh, KZread is basically just a huge tv channel these days! You HAVE to do what THEY want to make it anywhere... It makes me really really sad to hear when you talk about how mean YT is. I hope things can get better for you soon. Passion like yours doesn't come around very often, and it's a real awful shame that even places of creativity like YT is chastising it now. :(

Not this type of set. There are edible sets from Kracie and similar companies that are.

The oil needs to wait like 5 mins to start bubbling with the food in it im pretty sure 😁

It would be cool to see a compilation of all your best videos. Food makers etc maybe that might help your channel. Just an idea

This set is not for eating. You might be thinking of the Kracie kits that were from another company. Those are for making and eating.

After beginning to watch this video it reminded me of a set that I wanted to buy, I clicked off to go and buy it but uncovered an ugly truth about the seller that I was going to buy from, (don’t buy from Hobby Link Japan their customer reviews are terrible), I had to come back here to calm down and finish the video
