I don't see shifter getting hit anytime soon because it's the only big counter to the last 2-3 powerhouse decks

I personally don’t see those three traps getting band. I hate decks that literally take 10 minutes to set up a board, or literally allow the opponent to play more cards on their opponents turn, then their actual opponent. So having cards that could limit or punish players for those long List of summonings makes sense to have available.

Ironic. Wishlist is something like wanting any snake eye card banned. Realistic hits are banning IP and Linkuriboh.

Banning Shifter and Summon Limit would only make the top decks even better. Graveyard centric decks in particular are always the strongest decks so why would we want to ban Shifter in the first place? Skill Drain to 1 wouldn't change anything other than making it a luck sac. Limiting Snake-Eyes Ash wouldn't do anything if Bonfire and WANTED are still at more than 1.

I'm guessing that not all duelists likes backrow removal, huh?
