You were not getting normal pressure in the past after adjustment. Then later in minute 20 you got the normal pressure 370. My question is was the problem because of relief valve which you replaced? Another question is if 1 relief valve is damaged it will affect pressure reading on the second relief valve because in the start both 011 & 012 was showing 330 pressure Thanks for the beautiful video

thats the good question this machine or komatsu machine once did you operate by functioning the whole system, you know this machine they have a merge divider to function the main pump individual or merge the supply at a time, to provide the full pressure of the front and rear pump in direction, the problem is why i replace the upper main relief valve its already full tight so no chance to raise the pressure i think it is have enternal leak, because after we replace the valve everything its become normal,there video it real happen in our actual trouble shooting, and theres no any hidden adgenda, it is actual.

I have a 228lc-3 Komatsu and I can not get it to work right I put the two selonoides at the pump but still the engine wants to die as soon as I touch the stick to move it what could’ve .

sir can i ask about hydrolic oil. can engine oil use as hydrolic oil to komatzu pc 220. because my friend from abrod advice me to use engine oil instead hydrolic oil. now my bachoe is n trouble.

yes sir you can used engine oil instead of hydraulic, but must be multi grade 15w40, can ask maybe i can help, what is the problem of hour machine

@@caterpillarjhunhunk kahapon may pinalitan akong hose kasi pumotok. pagkatapos ginamit ko ng sandali ok naman ang kilos nya. kanina nag dagdag ako ng langis kasi ang daming nawala kahapon nong pumotok ang hose. nag dagdag sko ng dalawang containers ng 15w40. umpisa ok nan ang kilos nya,tapos bigla nalang bumagal lahat ng function nya sir. ano kaya ang problema nito sir. may kinalaman ba ang battery kasi nag error ang battery sa display.

Hello, nice video. But I’ve got a question for you: how do you know it’s the overpressure valve that release too early / have internal leak ? It could be as well the pump wear ? My excavator is pw130 (wheeled machine but same pump than pc130) When starting cold I can reach full pressure without problem (345 bars) But if I insist at reaching 345 limit (it’s necessary when traveling on steep slopes) it will soon decrease the pressure and cannot reach 300 or less. Machine has only 4000 hours, I’m going to rebuild the pump. Already opened the main overpressure valve, but found nothing special. Pump is single on this machine. Pistons / cylinders have no wear. Distributor plate have slight wear, swash plate (variable cam) have wear at pressure areas I’m replacing it. It is possible the main valve getting hot then leaking so much ?

sinsya now lang ako nagreply,about sa left or right ng pump pra sa caterpillar yan,sa komatsu ay front at rear,ang komatsu dalawa ang pinaka main relief valve nya,unlike sa cat isa lang sya,pero ganun paman may mga relief din ang bwat function sa control valve at iba pang attachment for the safety ng machine.

sir ask ko lng po,yong pc 220 din po d2 pagsabayin ang boom up at steak in huminto ang boom up ang hina ng steak in,,ganon din pag boom down at steak out,,pro pag d mo isabay ok nman ang galaw ng isat isa,,anu kaya dahilan sir,,sana po mapansin nyo po ang katanungan ko.maraming salamat po.

sir kung pamilyar ka s pagccheck ng pressure check nyo muna, kung un balance ang pressure kailangan balansihin then ska testing, kpag ok n pressure pero ganun pa rin, ung valve n nsa likod ng control valve merge divider ang tawag doon sa bandang kaliwa kung nsa ilalim k ng makina nkaharap k s control valve may makikita k n relief valve doon try mo hapitin or higpitan tapos testing

d ko maintindihan kung paanung d gumagalaw, o mahina gumawala paanu b? ksi d n talaga nagalaw or tagala wala sya paggalaw kahit kaunting kaunti, bka nman wla supply n npasok s ppc lock nya, yan ppc lock n yan yan ung kpag mag ooperate kna ng machine nsa left side kpag nkaupo kna s upuan, check mo un bka pumutok ang fuse

kailan kya huling nagpalit ng hydraulic oil yan, ppwede kya sya nahina dahil nagllow pressure, or mahina talaga ang pressure ng isang pump mo ung nagddrive pra gumana ang travel motor mo, pressure test kyo s pump, kpag nagttravel ksi individual n gumagana ang pump pra s travel motor, paanu dahil may merge divider yan at sya ang nag hhiwalay s pressure ng pump papunta s travel motor, ngayon kapag ang travel ay mahina ang isang side, posible n mahina ang isang pump, ppwede dahil s main relief valve, meron ako video tungkol s main relief valve kung paanu ginagawa ko para maibalik ang tamang pressure

Kabayan may ginawa ako dito sa pinas pc120-6, nagpalit na ako ng main pump at pcv valve controller, ang problema pag mainit na humihina ang operation

maraming pweding maging dahilan yan pweding luma n ang langis mo or halos wla ng viscosity langis, at ppwede rin n over pressure, o kya brado n ang oil cooler mo, mas the best is gumamit kyo temperature gauge pra sure, baka ksi hindi n accurate ung self gauge ng machine, at ppwede rin namamaga n ang loob ng hose lalo n ung suction line, anu ng naoobsebahan nyo s machine kpag mainit n ang hydraulic oil nya.

sir sinsya n hindi ako makasgot s mga nsabi mo,d ko alam kung ano mga pangyayari, pero kung over heat ang main pump ppweding over pressure or over used n hydraulic oil mo or ung cooling system mo gaya ng fan baka barado n ung dinadaanan ng hangin nsa harap ng radiator ng makina yan may time ksi n hindi n nahihigop ng fan ung init ng oil cooler, pweding ganun, or check nyo rin ung mga suction hose nyo bka lumiit n butas or namaga n loob hindi n makahigup ng normal ang main pump,. contakin mo ako s whatsapp, +971567581176
