//Trivia: This is the first song that Thirumeni (His Grace Job Mar Philoxenos of Blessed Memory) taught me, while we were at Aramana. We sang this song very leniently and Thirumeni scolded us for not understanding its meaning while singing. That day was the beginning of learning Liturgical Hymns from His Grace. Its an humble attempt to Tone 1/Niram 1 of the Ekkara/Bethgazo, the Music tradition of the Indian Orthodox Church. //

@Deewanayar, I have found that Tone 1 is always 'Honoring Lord" making its structure a Majestic One. This Kolo is very heartfelt on the Eve of Easter, We can really feel Christ's Resurrection and everything is so Bright & Majestic and above all make us wonder what it will be like to be surrounded by his glory someday.
