Kollu Rasam recipe by Chef Sunder in Tamil | Restaurant Style | Recipecheckr[ENG SUB]

I have picked a special dish today. It's a healthy dish too.
We prepare Rasam at our home often. Also, we have seen lots of variations in Rasam.
And this is Horse gram rasam. Horse gram is called Kollu These days people are not using Horse gram But it has lots of health benefits. For those who want to loose weight, this is one of the best options to go for. It is rich in protein and fibre. But we forgot to make use of it. Literally, it faded out from our kitchen. So we are going to use it and make a Horse gram rasam. It's a bit different process but it tastes good at the end. The main ingredient is Horse gram(Kollu) I think most people haven't seen Horse gram before But this is available in most places.
Now people know the value of this Horse gram.
So make use of it with Kollu rasam. This video is in Tamil and has English subtitles as well.
Here are the ingredients for Kollu rasam
Kollu 200 gm
Dry red chilli 2 no
Mustard seeds 1/ tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafodita 2 pinch
Curry leaf 1 string
Coconut 2 tbs
Coriander chop little
Salt To taste

Brahmin style Tomato rasam, Mysore rasam, Parppu rasam without garlic, you know how to make? Without garlic is required. I searched your page except kollu rasam nothing there.
