We went to our Devaloke Sonar CIty flat for the interior decoration work and after that we went to the New Aliah Hotel in Esplanade, Bentinck Street to have lunch. In our opinion this is the best Biryani in Kolkata. The New ALiah hotel is one of the oldest restaurants in Kolkata and it is more than 94 years old. This restaurant sells the best mutton biryani and Murgh Musallam in Kolkata.
We ordered for chicken biryani, mutton biryani, mutton chap, murgh musallam and chicken rezala.
This is one of the best restaurants in Kolkata and they sell the best biryani in Kolkata.

Aliah গেলেই খুব nostalgic হয়ে যাই বাবার office chandi তে বাবা আর আমি খুবই যেতাম ,আজ বাবা অথর্ব যেতেই পারেন না,বাকি টা আর লেখার হাত নেই, চোখের জল থামছে না,তাই clearly দেখতেই পারছি না,but তোমাদের মত আমার কাছেও ওটা world 👌

Can't stop drooling over Biriyani......I mean Kolkata biriyani in particular ....does not cause a riot of spices in the mouth but intoxicifies the senses with it's subtleness wish there were some joints in Delhi as well.......Kajori looks resplendant in red while the man in black radiates panache !

New Aliah r biriyani r kono comparison hobena. Quality, Taste, Flavour, Softness (Chicken/Mutton), Quantity...every bit of it is value for money. Just Aasadharon. @@siddhartharoy5133 Its on the Bentink Street, near Paradise Cinema. Walk from Esplanade crossing towards Lalbazar. After crossing Paradise theres a lane on the left and in the corner you will find Aliah.
