I believe it will be good show but i dont feel it should be a review show because then Shan will be sensored as he said in this review that how can people say anything about karan and gang on his show KWK if his show goes to any big channel it would be sensored as they won't let him say stuff like gandupanti etc on these channels Show with some different concepts like tanmay does for Netflix would be great watch for audience and reach for Shan to whole new audience

I only saw one episode, Siddharth and Vicky one. I really wanted to see them together after watching Sardar Udham and Shershah. It was an amazing episode and the IQ was visible for both these actors. Their film choices too are astounding, which shows how serious they are for their craft. Now will watch another episode if SRK comes in, have no time to waste on others.

I think the problem is we take Karan too seriously. Half of the nonsense he says is for effect, he’s trying to project an image. Just like people took his character “Poo” waaayyyyy too seriously, it was meant to be funny. I do agree that his guests are usually his kitty party friends which can be annoying. I’d much rather watch new guests like Tapsee Pannu, or even real actresses like Vidya Balan.

Karan Johar show should be banned. It's extremely vulgar, very selfish, filled with arrogance. It's cringy and dirty.

The only episode that was kinda good was Siddharth Malhotra and Vicky Kaushal.... Neither of them were doing any unnecessary overacting for shock factor and the best part... There was no need to make a review of koffee with karan because those who wanna watch it will watch it eventually... If u are against karan Johars decision you should not market this show at your end.... This season was actually boring... didn't even deserve a review..

It just shows how one Honest statement made by Kangana has made Karan so insecure and arrogant that he justifies his stupid nepotism practice every single time. You never know the brutal truth of this glamorous world. The sad truth especially about this industry is that Outsiders are exploited and humiliated by these powerful bigots. Just takes lots of guts to stand firm on your morals and thrive in such dangerous environment. And I admire kangana only for this sole reason!

I actually really enjoyed the Ranveer singh episode bcuz honestly he's such a good entertainer.This episode introduced me to a side of him i never knew existed and the best part is it doesnt feel contrived or off putting. He just *is* a eccentric person. Wonderfully weird But genuine and sweet. That bit of him mimicking famous directors and actors gave me a stomachache and made me realize how good he really is at his craft. I can understand why people may find him obnoxiously weird but once you accept that and look past the bizarre, you'll find that he just loves having fun and a good time whilst including others around him as well. He knows his boundaries and he only tests those with people he's already close with so i don't find his behavior direspectful. P.S im not a ranveer stan shocking as it might seem after reading this para. And i do agree that we could have gotten some really engaging convos with fresh faces and this season just feels like karan hanging out with his star friends at his house but with a camera crew filming.

@Shantanu - Would you consider doing a review on Never Have I Ever from the lens of an Indian settled abroad? Do you think this show has stereotyped Indians? I love Mindy Kailing but the last couple of shows that she produced, I feel are all very stereotypical and don’t resonate with the larger pool of Indians settled abroad. The theme usually revolves around one of the main characters being an American-Indian feeling extremely insecure about their Indian roots, embarrassed of their parents, and extremely weird about Indian festivals, etc. Just my observation. Would love to see your narrative!!

Most of South is nepotism, even moreso than Bollywood. It's just most of B'wood has a closted god complex that shows all the time. Tho in Vijay Deverakonda's case, his father produced only one film, where his brother Anand was actually the main hero. His brother is ironically more of a nepotism product than him, while Vijay is the more famous one. Tho, I've heard many say Anand is a good actor (I have nothing to back this up except word-of-mouth), so they somewhat consider that film to be a rare exception to the nepotism rule. TL;DR: Vijay Deverakonda has a Hrithik Roshan thing going on in terms of nepotism.

What does nepotism even mean?. I believe that 99% of the people do not know it's true ambit and scope. Can we say actors like Rajkumar Rao and Vijay Verma who are FTII graduates are privileged than those who have received no formal training for acting but still want to act? Nepotism has become such a cliche and overused term that a day would come when people would realise that all this hue and cry was for nothing.

Vidyut Jammwal, nawajudin, ali jafar etc. inko kyu nahi bulate.. kyuki ye self made h, hardworking h, I think as an audience we should appreciate these actors too.. Film like khuda hafiz 2 hardly collected 20 crore rupees whereas film like Shamshera collected 40 plus crore in a week!!!

Dharma production has more success ratio than MNREGA but for already rich unemployed youth.

I am not a blind SRK fan but I can say that along with Akshay, BHAI,SRK,AAMIR,AJAY were also there from the past 30+ years but if there is someone who is called as “ONE MAN SHOW” of the B-TOWN then it’s none other than a localite from WEST DELHI I.e SHAH RUKH KHAN🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Finally someone said it. Nepotism is not the problem. We have some really wonderful talent cause of nepotism- Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Shahid Kapoor.... We audience are also at fault because in the past we were okay with problematic content being shown. We never gave credit where it was due that's the reason why medicore actors are being forced down our throats. It is high time we as audience realise that it is the story and the performances that truly matter. Making a huge issue of nepotism is baseless.

Pls clean the industry by getting rid of Kareena! The biggest actors in Hollywood till date give a screen test for a role. Who does she think she is!! I haven’t disliked anyone this much as her!

No matter how much trolls are shot at Koffee with Karan you can't deny the fact that the majority watches the show and its entertaining. The format of the show is supposed to be frivolous and mindless fun which attracts most of the viewers. Since most the celebs have a personal equation with Karan he is able to bring out their inside stories which no other show or interview even comes close to exposing. Do you think the makers will invest 7 seasons if it was not popular. It's called guilty pleasure which the so called intelligent audience would not admit to

Box office numbers are not everything. See his acting prowess in Tamasha, Jagga Jasoos and Shamshera. Even though the writing and the screenplay in the aforementioned movies were not good still Ranbir Acting was amazing in all of the three.
