What's the big deal here? The Indians of the pre and post independence spoke good English. It didn't mean they forgot Tamil. It simply meant they were proficient in the language as well. KZread is a universal portal. It doesn't belong to one country or one language. I think the fact that she's speaking in both languages is apt.
