Well that's the rub, isn't it. KOF characters have 2 super attacks and one climax attack. In SF5 they only have their climax attacks.

Sf5 better animation and art direction (Capcom game has an higher budget) but kof 15 is a better game with better characters. Even kof 14 is a better game than sf5...

SFV looks better but KOF plays better, has better mechanics and has a bigger roster

Tekken, Soul Calibur, Mortal Kombat, King of Fighters and Street Fighters will always be in my heart as these games in Arcade version in early 90s gave us gamers a sense of marvel, wonder and magic. Even if they were 8 to 32 bit games but in my memory they are still mindblowing. Its just hard to explain this connection😅

Gotta toss my coin to KoF here. The choreography is just a notch better. Doesn't mean SFV sucks by any means

SF é mais polido em tudo, mas SF quando estreou, tinha 16 chars, só foi ficar arrumado mesmo, lá na season 3, e só foi ter a quantidade dos chars de kof XV, depois de 6 anos, então não dá pra comparar. Sem falar que o orçamento de SF é maior também.

Gosto muito dos dois. Mais pra jogar vou sempre preferir kof. KOF vc joga realmente como se estivesse numa batalha, com corrida, esquivas, especiais feitos na hora q trava batalha. Já STF é melhor gráficamente, mais em batalha continua sendo aquele jogo parado, com personagens grandes e travado com seus supers extremamente exagerado. Então pra mim KOF SEMPRE será o melhor em todos os quesitos. OQ poderia me fazer mudar de opinião, talvez seria um novo Capcom vs SNK bem feito com os melhores só de KOF contra os melhores de STF...

Mas exactamente, Vanessa tiene ese super desde KOF *XIV* , pero se basa su combo infinito de KOF 2000.

How can this be comparable if some move from kof only at level 2 meanwhile Sfv use their ultimate skill. Of course some kof moves will be lacking because it's only their level 2 while most of their effort is on their level 3. If we talk about the vfx i will say some of the sfv looks better to me (i love the hadoken eefect compared to fire effect design in kof)

Despite KOF being 3D, the animation is 2D style so it's really clunky, supers are what kid would imagine in their role play fight and everyone look like they're in anime cosplay event SF has a really good frame animation but they move like a cartoon cuze of how bulky they are and their designs is like the type of people who wear their work uniform to every birthday party

Maybe because no one character in SF has a "normal" look like Terry... Ok no, but I want to say it. SF always has a problem: their characters looks exactly like their martial art (or job) they do. Very stereotypical. But in KOF you see characters like Kyo, Iori, Terry, etc. who (outside of things of cosplay) looks like "normal" people in any city. Unlike Ryu's clothes, for example...

Sagat would snap Joe Higashi like a twig.

Capcom's SF is "2" 3D games ahead of SNK's kof. SNK have to fix that by improving their other 3D games.

KOF supers look way better than that goofy SF V stuff. I will give SF V credit for toning down the goofiness in its final season. Kof kinda copied some of that overly dramatic stuff (with less goofiness) that held SF 4 and V back and now SF 6 copies the old SNK in how they do the serious looking and brutal supers

Lot of ex capcom employees left Them for SNK ... in fact the people who Worked on the original 1987 street fighter one left capcom for snk to make Art of fighting and fatal fury. Why terry and andy bogard are Similar to ken masters or takuma And ryu / akuma.

KOF has better pacing and movement options than SF

I always thought SF was bland compared to other fighting games but it’s still my favorite. When I see KOF it looks even more bland then sf, that’s a bit too much for me. KOF just looks too floaty and stiff when fighting. They need to put extra work into more frames for character attacks.

@@toxicjutz1168 popular = better? Kof takes a lot of classic fighting game principles and turns them on their head to make a faster paced game with more depth. In can be jarring (esp for sf players who think 1 anti air should work for all jump arcs and angles)but is extremely rewarding once you get a very basic understanding of what option to choose with which read. I reccomend u put some more effort into kof before u try to tell snk what to do. If u could down heavy every single air approach the game would be garbage no offense. Would slow down to a snails pace of boringness and just be a sfv reskin.
