Namma Kodagu food always the best, Kodava style thara kadubu madidru aa taste a texture bere ellu barolla, pepper pork chilli pork chilli chicken, Otti (Roti) pandi curry always yummy. In other places they do roti with rice flour only adding coriander leaves and onion, but in Kodagu we make it with boiled rice (Anna basidu madtheve) so it is different and yummy, I ate in north karnataka hotels in bangalore dandeli but it wasnt even close in taste just name sake gotta eat a powdery roti. Noolputt is authentic kodava dish we make it twice a week at home. Super video from Unbox karnataka

I am aware of a lot of southern karnataka cuisines, mangalorean/udupi bunt,konkani, muslim, catholic cuisines , coorg cuisines, maapla from regions bordering kerala, bhatkal, hassan.... but i am not well educated on northern karnataka cuisine.. maybe something on that will be quite informative..
