For anyone interested the first 30 seconds of ambient melody that this track is builds on is sampled from Aphex Twin - Lichen, one of my personal favorites, like this version too

You have to feel pain to understand how much happiness is worth. Makes the good days better then ever before. Heartbreak was one of the most valuable things to happen to me. At the time it didn't seem like it but now life has a different meaning and life feels more meaningful ✨

This song makes me want to feel the earth beneath my bare feet, close my eyes and feel separated from the the cares and worries of today if even for only a moment

It's been exactly seven years. It's been seven years since we heard this song.

I think it is the songs intention that people hear what they want to hear. I saw in the comments that a lot people hear for example: "I'm in love, I'm in love for now", but I hear "all alone, all alone for now". I seem to hear a lot of the lyrics different on this song. But this song is one of the most meaningful and personal songs I have come across, I keep coming back to listen to it again and again.

No. I'm also a vocalist and some syllables are "unpronounceable" when you're in very high ranges. The e, v, and n are very common ones. (I'm in Loff for now, instead of I'm in Love for now) (doun you gettu fine-nin-ouuuuu instead of Don't you get to finding out) If you listen to Ariana Grande you can notice that she does not enunciate on some of her earlier track. Live performances of Take On Me by A Ha are good as well. Singer will say "I'll be GOFF" instead of "I'll be GONE" because moving the muscles in the mouth will break resonance. I've been learning to sing Muse and thata how Matthew Bellamy can have such a massive range. Tldr. It's just hard to enunciate words at extreme range. This song has lyrics.

"and on the edge of it" doesn't sound right at all. "As long as you can fire now" sounds like "long as you can find out" Otherwise pretty good!

I thought I could show her true love. The unconditional love in hope I vowed made it so I'd accept every betrayal. As I realized the person i had fallen for had died through careless recklessnes i didnt realize until to late that those two characters that once were are now long dead. I had this in my mp3 player (i didnt even buy it, i got it from a teacher (years before), we had a... contest?? (cant find words) we had to memorize some sht, i was the 1st to be called and i had momorized it, so i won. Not really a contest, i was just the 1st to be picked and i knew the sht. I would listen to this song (and the rest of them) sitting on the train station, waiting for... you guessed it, the train. I was getting my drivers license, had to go there by train. At the time i loved blackmill and koda.
