I didn't grow up watching Jordan. I was born in 88 and I didn't see much basketball until Kobe's came in the league and I think it was Jordan's last year. But I seen Kobe, Iverson, Tmac, Carter, Lebron, Wade, Pierce, etc. No other player is as electrifying as Kobe. Stats really cannot do justice to the actual experience of watching him play. Lebron might have all the stats but his game really cannot compare to Kobe in terms of pure skill and entertainment factor.

I watched Kobe's entire career.....he styled a lot of his game after MJ and also took a lot from Magic....and added his own vibe...he was special! In his earlier years (#8) he used more of the high-flier, crazy stuff, then when he was older (#24) he developed more footwork, finesse and that killer "fall-away"......one off season he even went down to Houston and learned post up moves from Hakeem Olajuwon......always leaning, always training.

Kobe was bald in his rookie year, grew his fro the next year and kept it until the 2002 playoffs when he cut it, then in 2004 went kinda baldish and kept it coz his hairline was receding like mad. It’s weird that I know that, but here we are. Still unbelievable to me that he’s gone.

It took me about a decade to see LeBron as possibly top 3 cause numbers don't lie, I saw a kid straight out of high school lead several average Cleveland teams to the NBA finals, Cleveland hasn't been relevant in any sport since Bernie Kosars Browns in the 1980s, his longevity and production is rivals only the Captain and the Mailman and he is still going, the league is what it is and he's posted what he did...not too bad man, Kobe too me, was the last of the Jordan like guys, he was more like Jordan cause that's who he learned from, Kobe also had better teammates from day one, I've personally felt Eddie Jones was better than Kobe but they shipped him to Miami and that's who helped D Wade become D Wade, LeBron played a new style cause he was physically bigger and was the best player on his team from day one.

@@seansimms8503 I know what U mean and what U said, but do you think that Lebron reached his potential? Put Larry's head on top of Lebron's neck and imagine that!!! We call it heart but we know it's all about the *mindset* , Lebron isn't top 3 if you include his mindset. Magic Jordan Larry they would all dominate for at least a decade of winning 7- 9 if they had what Lebron has, the physical gift and in other words his *longevity*

The last time I was on a court at park playing serious ball at 35, I was walking funny for days LOL and I haven't gone back for years... my KNEES bro! He must have some titanium knees to work it like that and still go. I think they're wrong(maybe it's his decision idk) to give him "off nights", they should instead cut down his time to 30-28 min max... it's very risky at this age with his mileage
