I give Vanessa so much respect and credit for being an extremely dedicated and strong woman! She met Kobe when she was so young and often times when you marry that young it is very difficult to weather storms in a relationship without becoming hurt and disillusioned. She stood strong till the end! God bless her at this time of tragic loss of her husband and beautiful daughter. I can only hope and pray that she will continue to have a strong group of trusted and loyal friends and confidants to protect her through the years. That will be the ongoing challenge! God bless her and keep her.....

I can only imagine the severe pain Vanessa and her girls must be going through. This kind of pain, only God can bring any comfort and peace too. To have your loves, your husband and daughter, snatched away from you, is bad enough, but to have them snatched away under those terrible circumstances is even worse. The only comfort she has is that neither one of them was alone, they had each other. May God receive all who died in this incident into his kingdom and give His strength, love and peace to their families💔.

Like most married couple, they had their ups and downs. They are human and not too many of us are perfect. They married very young and most famous athletes will tempted since there is alwayss temptation, to see if the grass is greener on the other side, ,They were so very young when they met! The other woman, I don't know anything about her but I remember when he was charged since it was on the news daily. At that time, I remember thinking that he was just another famous guy who chose to cheat on his wife. His wife was always by his side during this trying time for the couple. What convinced me that his actions had brought remorse for Kobe since you never saw him being chased by the media for a second affair. He changed his life around with the help of his faith and counseling and his career continued to thrive as well as his family life. He proved that he shouldn't,t be branded as just another womanizer but for a man who made a mistake and was aware of the hurt that he brought to all who loved him,He was an outstanding athlete but most of all, an outstanding human being. Those who knew and loved him revealed that this man embraced the love received by his friends , his peers and his close family and didn't,t take this love for granted,....he earned this love and the respected given. He left his imprint on this earth and his name will be mentioned when others speak of him with unlimited love , admiration and there remains a void in these people,s heart for the rest of their natural lives. !sy God help those who hurt for this great human being...

Yes, please hold onto your wife and kids and never take them for granted. I lost my loving husband of 20 years to a tragic accident, too, and it still hurts 20 years later. Our kids are grown now with kids of their own and we all still hurt from our loss, even though we manage to carry on the best we can. Peace to you and yours.

If that were true she would not have dropped the divorce proceedings. She would've got half of everything, plus alimony, and child support for the kids. She was in love, and chose to forgive. If she could do that, why are you bashing her, or any other person? Money was not everything to her, and I believe you'll see just how long she stays single.
