[Kobe, Japan] Western-style restaurant! Tough chef serving homemade food

This is a one-open Western-style restaurant that insists on homemade food. I have interviewed more than 350 restaurants, but I have never seen a restaurant like this!
The focaccia they are proud of and the rice they insist on are outstanding.
The tough business style of the restaurant, which rarely takes a day off, is also not to be missed.
The plate lunch includes tonkatsu, hamburger steak, fried shrimp, chicken nanban, and whatever else you like, and you will be happy to eat it all together. The hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce was memorable and delicious.

    This one is very unique... from the preparation to combination of ingredients that make up a meal... distinct dedication to being an individual dining experience without pretense... more a self sufficient and neighborly feel to the dialogue and incentive to being a chef... fantastic ;-)
