I consider this to be Kobe’s prime. I know that he wasn’t as athletic as he was before, but here he had the perfect mix of skill, poise, and agility to make him the best player in the league. Still can’t believe he’s gone.

It's crazy how people can say they love basketball or watching highest level competition but don't like if not hate a guy like Kobe. Dude went out and COMPETED, performed and played his butt off night after freaking night. Man played injured, played on BOTH ends, didn't LOAD MANAGE, didn't cheat the fans or TV viewing audience. He would have played all 82 games if his body held up. He wasn't perfect or flawless by any stretch but that man earned every right to be on any competent individual's all-time great player list.

Kobe had handle but he didn’t need to do fancy moves to score . Everything he did was tactical , quick highly effective moves .

No one's footwork will ever come close to Kobe's. Every pivot, every fake, every jab, every time he plants his feet; everything is done with a purpose

The most skilled basketball player of all time. 1 on 1, give me Kobe 10 times outta 10. Idgaf about advanced analytics. I have never personally witnessed a basketball player better than Kobe Bryant and I have been watching basketball for over 25 years. He will guard your best player and cook your best player in the same game.

Kobe literally mastered every single thing in the book of "Fundamentals of basketball". His game is so effortless and majestic. He's the type of player people will analyze 50-100 years from now. An absolute killer scoring phenom.

Kobe Bryant was the true definition of a Basketball Savant. He is the most technically proficient basketball player in NBA History. He could make any type of shot, finish at the rim, score in the low post over either shoulder, and his footwork was IMPECCABLE! His greatest attribute was his unparralled thirst to constantly update his database which allowed him to excel in multiple eras of the NBA. Combine all those ingredients with his intangibles such as his psychotic competive drive, fearlessness, leadership, will to play through injury is what made him an All-Time Great. R.I.P. To the LATE GREAT KOBE BEAN BRYANT.

Every year I purchased a ticket months in advance to see him play, whenever he came to Charlotte (who were Bobcats back then) he never sat; never showed up to rest or look cute on the bench with his jewelry & what not. He came to play & most of the time put on a show in front of his idol (Mike). God blessed me to witness my GOAT perform in real time. 🙏 Rest easy your legacy will never die

I remember this season like it was yesterday! Kobe was out for revenge against the Celtics and unfortunately the C's got pretty injured in the playoffs and didn't make it to the Finals but what Kobe did against the Magic in the Finals was purely Jordan-esque. God I miss Kobe..
