I erased the warriors in my books of great teams. They should not allowed 2 mvp in their primes to play in the same team along with two other all stars. They cant be brought in the same discussion with legit great teams like Bulls, 00' Lakers, 09' Lakers

@Courtney Daffrey I think it's easy to play a team first game with Amare Stoudemire(all-star) , Shawn Marion and raja bell on your team. I genuinely doubt Nash would win an MVP with Kwame Brown and Luke Walton. In order to get an assist you must pass, but most importantly your player must know how to score

Courtney Daffrey Kobe beat Nash in every conceivable metric besides shooting percentage and assists. Kobe would’ve won close to 70 games with the squad Nash had. It is clear as day that Kobe got robbed in broad day light. In 2005 Nash deserved it though.

@@TheCharlesJackson What are you referring to? Because LeBron beat those Celtics twice in a row. If you are referring to 2008 and 2010, Kobe had much better support than LeBron and still couldn't beat the Celtics in 2008 and barely beat them in 2010. So again I ask, what are you referring to?

Bronsexuals arent worth the effort of having a proper basketball discussion. You all genuinely have zero idea what you're talking about. Of course the superteam Heat took down the Celtics. Kobe did it WITHOUT a superteam. Bron couldnt beat the Warriors with Kyrie, Love, and a deeper bench than the Dubs had after they gutted it for KD. You should be questioning yourself, not others.

LeBron took the Celtics to 7 games in 2008 with much less support which is 1 game more than Kobe and the Lakers took them that year. Also the Heat weren't a super team in the 2012 ECF when they were without Bosh for most of the series and that roster already had no depth. And Kobe had a great team, don't get it misunderstood. But now that I know you are referencing the Warriors and not the Celtics, I guess I'll explain what you don't know. You are referring to the greatest roster ever assembled. How tf was LeBron suppose to beat the 2016-17 Warriors with the team that he had? Kobe's 2008-09 and 2009-10 Lakers supporting casts including coaching were better than any of LeBron's 2014 through 2018 Cavs and even they wouldn't have beaten the 2016-17 Warriors. That Warriors team had 3 of the top 5-8 shooters in NBA history who were also elite scorers overall being KD (arguably greatest scorer of all time), Curry (the greatest shooter of all time and all time elite scorer) and Klay (at least top 10 shooter of all time and elite scorer himself), plus 2 elite defenders who could also dish in Green and Iguodala. They didn't have much depth but they didn't need it when that was their main 5. No player in NBA history could have replaced LeBron and beaten those Warriors and Kobe definitely couldn't have. LeBron's Cavs were the only team to take a game off of them in the playoffs. If it wasn't for that the 2017 Warriors would have been the only undefeated team in NBA playoffs history. What are you talking about? And you can take that bronsexual shit elsewhere. You are the one that couldn't keep his name out of your mouth

Do you also not realize that LeBron is still better than Kobe ever was and AD is better than Pau ever was? The 2020 Lakers also have a better supporting cast after the big 2. You forgot to mention the 2009-2010 Lakers' biggest advantage that would close the gap the most, Phil Jackson vs Frank Vogel

I saw that it started with comparing LeBron and Kobe's win shares which not only do I not care about because it's an advanced stat based on how somebody thought certain things should be weighed and calculated, but LeBron's career and season by season win shares are easily better than Kobe's so what's your point? Maybe that's why you deleted it? The only advanced stat that I care about anyway is eFG%. The rest are pretty much just bullshit even if they have a decent general representation of how good a player is in that area, it's pretty much just taking someone else's word for how things should be weighed which I don't go for. I take the basic stats, team and opponent success and circumstance, and the eye test to come up with my own conclusions.

Kobe n pau was like jordan n pippen .shaq was good players to like the dream of houston.

gasol is like 2009 version of shaq but with bether free throw shoot.

Pau was great for the triangle but he wasn't close to Shaq. Shaq went to the Finals with a team comparable to some of those Grizzly teams Pau couldn't win a series with.

@Dante Whittaker Jr. pau can perimeter, cut, pass, dribble, fade and has a lot more iq than shaq yeah he's a great center with his strength and size but he's pretty much done when others learn his weakness If u put shaq in that team they wouldn't ginna win b2b..... Especially when gasol free throws in 4th saves game 7 finals vs against boston which shaq can't he probably be in bench the whole 4th

1999-2014 was a special time in the leauge 2015-2019 was cool 2019+ its meh
