Honestly that was Kobes fault. He bobbled the pass and had a layup but for whatever reason dribbled it out. One of the only times he lost track of time, then he took it out on Luke Walton

Me lol. Please look at the move Kobe does at 1:16 and 2:16 They label that the KD swing through move but you can clearly see that Kobe was doing this before KD was in the NBA. So who really started this move 🤔

Walton had the perfect opportunity for a super easy floater. I was at that game btw sitting right behind Kobe. It was crazy. I didn’t know Kobe had the craziest potty mouth haha.

What’s hilarious is that Walton made the right play - Kobe just dropped the ball. I understand the frustration given the comeback required to put them in that position, but Luke’s pass was the right move.

​@@john_costellothat was all on Kobe. First he dropped the pass then he dribbled the ball out when he still had enough time to at least gather the ball up to make a layup attempt. Luke Walton was trash but this was all Kobes fault

Ironically, this wouldn't be the last time that Kobe gave the ball to Walton who failed to shoot in crunch time, also did something eerily similar vs Cleveland in their Sunday afternoon ABC game on 1-27-2008. I remember it like it was yesterday.

One of the craziest comebacks I ever witnessed live!!Lakers had no business coming back in this game & Kobe with a cold blooded 3 for OT!!!

No, Luke was being covered by 2 defenders and made smart pass to Kobe who was open under the rim. Kobe stans really believe he could do no wrong, delusional.

Kobe couldn't drive right. His defender is in perfect position to draw an offensive foul if he goes right. Kobe saw that the dude opened his hips up leaving the left driving lane open and made the only viable move he could make in that situation.
