This build is great for event bosses with dmg limit like upcoming p.ava and ancient empress ii

I think on normal defense boss add melee should win but you need different set and some items: go with agi>dex as main stat, remove all critical damage and replace with attack/agi/srd/lrd cus add melee dmg isn't affected by critical dmg , it can trigger at any range if you have power wave so good for anty melee boss, last you can just use annihilator instead of e.control, get as much motion speed as you can cus faster aspd means more dmg, we will see if aso release more add melee equips with p.p in the future👀

knuckle has always been my favorite weapon class, though due to its poor Atk scaling I usually went for staff- or sword-fu chariot builds back in the day. seeing that Lv5 skills have given knuckles an auto attacking spec really makes me want to get back into the game. seeing power wave and shukuchi on the same set reminds me of an old AGI>VIT knuckle + shield tank set I used to run that used dark bite + earthbind to stay healthy, but otherwise peppered enemies to keep aggro. come to think of it, dark power got lv4 skills at some point since I stopped playing, would the defense reduction from eternal nightmare (175 assuming lv 10 bite and nightmare) ease the need for defense piercing?

Need some motion? Here's my suggestion : Try using gordo xtall. That +80% aspd is huge. Also maybe add rush to ur build. Easy 10% motion, even tho u need to recast it again every 10s. Knuck has been my main char since t4. I know exactly that knuck is really hard to get p.pierce, especially if u dont use sicarius (cuz im lazy to position myself lol) There is so much trade happening when building knuck. Like in my case, i sacrifices a lot of atk% xtall just to get higher pp (no xmas tree btw). Love ur video

Thanks for clearing this up. I already got some aditional melee equipment but thankfully I set it aside before investing any further. Edit: What are your thoughts on low hp saber aura gameplay? And semi tank hb? For the latter i think the new holy night muffler add with gordo makes no gsw/non-glassy hb more possible. Though you won't reach any where near motion cap the speed would be servicable imo

are there any revised build? since there's now a new dagger skill "combat knife" and 40% pp knuck from dx event. am building one rn but sheesh u deal lot more dmg than me.

I'm still wondering how much normal atk does bloody warrior registlet affect the build (it gives 100% ampr and normal atk power when getting inflicted by bleed, so red tear should help with that, but you need to be the aggro holder)

Yesss monk was my favorite class, super fun! If you’re doing 1s equipment, just go for devil dango on your knuckle, agel on your armor, evil lefina on your add, and agel on your special gear

Is there a slightly weaker knuckle than the one you got now? I'm unable to currently kill the miniboss that drops it the one you got

Yes but Asura aura gets based on physical prorate and that’s the most important damage source

Knuckle class is making good now..I hope it change it animation in normal and stance. It's more like old animation compare to 2 maintream class like ds and ktn. Even 2h animation normal attack is lame it makes me bored to use it even it is good dps too. Hope they change it in future like knuckle can hit like a boxer,kick boxer or kungfu type stance in normal attack and in 2 hand hope they make it crisp and Slashy sharp, i feel whenever I normal hit im doing paddle or batting not hacking and slashing. Unlike ds and ktn you can feel the sharpness of blade every slash and the motion is cool while 2h is meeh, like your using bat instead big sword.

Finaly a toram KZreadr that is talking v

I've tried Additional style, it's perfect for Agi>Dex build since Additional can't crit and heavily rely on damage and attack modifier, but yeah Asura's spam still deal more damage since Additional are not guaranteed

Believe it or not I’ve actually tested this Additional meele seems to go based off of the auto attacks original damage, which means if that attack crts, the additional meele will use that as it’s base damage, meaning it’s affected by critical damage, which is why str is still better

I have two additional dmg build,one dex int xbow + md ..and agi + dex knuckle+daggger.if i have to choose one. Dex int xbow+ MD surpassed the other one.since i can use Paralysis + Twin Storm combo for auto atk..the only prob dmg adds melee 30k and adds magic 30k..but this is overcome with Magic Lance + Enchanted Spell + Resonance + Secret Chase Atk + Advance Familia😂❤..fun build.

My god,no more getting kicked and bullied like In real life with this Build

Yea you have to get that "Secret Chase ATK Boost" registlet (dropped from stoody lv 170+) to increase additional melee / magic activation rate if you really want to maximize those 680%+ addi damage

That might true but try to keep those gear till you get the said registlet and make comparison. As for maximize damage caused by stats lost try balance other damage booster rather focused to one type. For example our damage won't be good when we just focus on sole ATK% crysta, so we spread other stats like CDMG, SRD%, DtE, Phys Pierce With existing gear replace minor addi melee on - Avatar with phys pierce - Ring and it's crysta with ATK% up or SRD%

fun fact, you are missing 2 good additional melee equip savage mail gives 100% add melee as well as some atk%, pp% and srd% while candy scarf gives 200% add melee, 50% more than tentacle roar. also with now additional attack works, there is 50/50 chance to proc either add melee/add magic if you have both, that effectively halfing tentacle roar's effective add melee damage. tho add melee still doesnt compare to just unga bunga asura everything, i think add magic for staff is better :D

I don’t have candy scarf 😵‍💫 and also if I add on my savage mail, I have to get rid of my Asura specialist DTE armor that gives 10% agi instead of crt rate which is too much to give up

I use gunfu rn and it has all: burst dmg, high ampr, high survivability (even tho i suck and die lmao), support (chakra spam etc.), it can tank too and best for solo with bwg rn. Also it gains the same atk with main knuckle rn and my build has agi so knucle dps skills almost deals the same dmg but i dont use them anyway cuz vanq is much better (using flash blink for spam). Planning to go str tho cuz stab and cd is dead.

Try rampage + ashura, i saw someone build sword knuckle and he can tank and kill boss only with gladiate+ashura. Need tank? Change the equipment with tanker set. Need dps? Change the equipment with dps set. Looks good because u can do interrupt and tanking without shield 🛡️😁🔪

Energy control gives the same buff, but gives +10% STAB so it’s better but also annoying to cast a lot so use whichever one you’d like. Energy control will give you more consistency which is always welcome in this kind of build

Str doesn’t give knuckle ATK, it gives it Critical Damage, which it really needs

Also I'm definitely not hitting 130k per swing but my rush is 210k+ x4 I am missing 2 xtals so maybe they make that big of a difference.

It does not, unfortunately, enchant sword uses srd and unsheath% but Asura is not affected

Well asobimo nerfed the auto attack build a little with the last update, knuckles can't easily trigger armor brake anymore, hope we get normal attack modifier skill like twin storm or rampage, the auto attack builds will shine

Yeah, it sucks, removes some supportive abilities for party play, making it more useless in party play which sucks, but since adding 100+% PP it doesn’t hit as hard for damage reduction I guess

As a big fan of auto attack build using assassin in ragnarok online in my old days, this piqued my interest Also, would this build works if i use 1 hand sword as main and knuckle as sub, well cause 1h sword is cool looking compared to knuckle lol Well if it doesnt work then i will just follow this guide to the T👌

@@trickwing I guess if using 1h sword then the build would be using rampage+additional attack If the damage is comparable to auto asura build then that would be really satisfying to see the damage text popping so fast in your screen, literally why i love auto attack build seeing your damage like a machine gun🤣

Can't build much, just speedrun to level 150 for some good dps skills, still knuckles lacks a lot until you unlock tier 5 tho, if you're not too committed might wanna try other weapons like bow until you're high level
