Shane and Shane...when my son named "Shane Boswell" was taken in a car accident..I came upon your music in my grief...what I love about your music is how biblical it is..it is balm for this broken hearted mom to meditate on..on the better days and on the worst days..I've been Christ's since he saved me at around 16...his word has strengthened me to know his character and that he loves me, and I know he holds all my life..I trust him in the pain..thank you for loving God's word..

Somebody sent me this song that was sung by another person but then then came up in my KZread. I saw you guys live in Camarillo California in 2019. I’m struggling with my relationship with God right now and I forget JESUS. Although God rescued me in 2017 and saved me from a terrible place, I am dealing with toxic cycles and faced with a struggle to embrace my life/future with the man who has been promised to me. I hope I can find Jesus. I don’t want to live recently

@@ShanB333 do not give up. You are not lost. He knows where you are. He knows what you are thinking. He knows when you are seated, when you stand up and he watches over you while you are asleep. He did not forget you. I know it’s not easy, but he is life. You’re gonna be ok. He is with you. Find a spirit led church. Find a Christ centered people. Find a father loving community. If you surround yourself with Jesus-loving people it’s going to be impossible for to not want to live. He is there.

God set me free from the bondage of drink and drugs after I had a massive overdose had total kidney failure 4 years ago he's kept me clean and sober ever since by the grace of God to God be the glory and praise and honour completely clean hallelujah to jesus my saviour amen to that completely clean

Wow, the Graham Kendrick! May I say it is an absolute blessing to sing the songs you’ve written! Songs like Knowing You and The Servant King are so lyrically forceful and theologically complete. Such songwriting is unfortunately scarce today. Thank you for your ministry, God bless you!

We've got to be careful what we are saying Amen to There is no such things as heavenlies. Heaven were God is,Jesus will have said it if we are going to heavenlies. But Jesus always mentions 1 Heaven where the Father is in book of Matthew He said : the kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed He also said: when we pray say this, our Father who art in Heaven. It's 1 Heaven. But the heavenlies where the power of darkness lies. The bible said in ephesians 6:12 we are not wrestle against the flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness in high places. See that this talk about heavenlies place which is under Heaven.

This song touches deep in my Spirit and opens the door for the very presence of Jesus to bring joy kindness and peace into my room Thank you

How have I only discovered this now. I think this just might be the best I’ve heard - y’all sound like family, the family of God on earth as it is in Heaven. Amen!

This has been my song of the day for a week now. I find myself singing it all day long. You have enabled me to join in your worship and lay aside all my cares and petitions of the day and embrace what is most true and the desire of my heart...knowing you Jesus. After sitting in this place I can now pray and let Go of outcomes. Thank you.

As someone who loves to Worship the Lord & plays Worship music hours a day, when I stumbled upon a Shane & Shane song/video on KZread about 2 years ago, everything changed for me. Their passion for God comes through on every song & the way they harmonize is so beautiful & many times brings tears to my eyes. At this point, I own all their albums & just purchased “Vintage.” I listen only to them, though I’ve purchased about 500 Worship songs over the past 7 years. & think Shane & Shane are brilliant writers, fabulous singers & love all the extra music they do at home that I receive in my email. I don’t know much about them personally, I just know their talent, love for Jesus & writing is Unique, Beautiful & I never tire of listening to their music. I would travel anywhere I could to see & meet them. I think they are Worship leaders, but not sure. Would really appreciate if anyone can tell me more about them. I heard they are in Texas, but don’t know. Some of my favorite songs are “Praise Him,” “Though You Slay Me,” “Be Near,” “My Grace Is Sufficient, “ “Yearn,” “I Want It All,” “There Is None Like You,” “Your Love, “ “You Said,” “Take Over,,” “Knowing You,” & “Breathe.” I love them all. Each Psalm & Hymn. I have never been so deeply affected by any Worship singer/songwriters in the way I am Shane & Shane. They sing my heart for God in every song. Thanks sisters & brothers for reading me go on & on about these guys. God bless you all!!! Same here... 34 years of music ministry behind me and I find some of the best music and worship in the rare and wonderful talent and Christ honoring lyrics of their choice of songs. I pray they live long and fruitful lives to bless and encourage God’s family. Love to hear them “own” the songs and make them come alive! ❤️

Beautiful worship. I love watching men praise our God with such emotion.

My prayer is that not only me but also all my brothers and sisters in Christ around the world, by Gods glorious grace our inner being, deep within or hearts and soul would truly sing this and truly believe every word! May this song be the reality of our lives! It's all about Jesus Christ and eternal life is knowing Him!!!!

Heard this on 2004 in College when finding recorded Shane and Shane songs from campuses and conferences. Wow! 16 years later! Brings me right back. Loved the arrangement then and now. Thank you for giving your lives to worshiping vs. other focuses. Through hard times in life; losses, unemployment, setbacks, etc. Highs; kids, freedom, forgiveness, growth, mercy, grace, etc. Always have this playing along daily quiet times. Thank you

If knowing Jesus is the greatest thing and if I truly love Jesus, then I should want to tell many people about it. Thank you for singing this song. Those two lines really convicted me this morning

I have only heard my Father sing this chorus every time when I was a child. I never knew the song... but just the words “Knowing You, Jesus, Knowing You” with the beautiful tune always ringing in my ears when he sings it. Today I’m so glad to stumble upon this. I was hoping it would be the same tune as what my Father was singing. And listening to this, I’m so glad it is the same!!! - to be able to listen to the song my dad sang when I was small. Amen Roel!! I am in constant pain from being hit by a highway truck . I was on my bicycle at the time studying for my degree in theology. I was 23 I loved the bible Then in spring break between second and third year I was hit by a trucker . A large highway tractor I was taken by ambulance and categorized Jane Doe as I left my purse that day One small miracle after another they found my mother who travelled once the doctors called her notifying mom of my serious condition . It was my mom coming that drew me out of my coma and she was the first voice I recognized. It would be three years later I would get a call to my door after marrying and holding my nine month old son who we named Joshua it Then exactly a year later After the severe accident I met met a trucker named James on the highway I was out of fuel and had 10 hours to drive yet .I was with a Christian friend going to a wedding The delays made it so I would miss my bus . James the trucker offered me a ride Exactly a year to the day of my accident I metthis gentle a gentle man named James who had just returned from Africa in the Congo for 3and a half years He was a Christian too One week after helping me he was praying I could be his wife We got married eight weeks later and still serving my Jesus 45 years later and pushing through debilitating pain every day I could hide it until I went to China . I was serving in China came home and was very ill in 2010 I went to the major hospital in Winnipeg I never regret I was there helping I came home preaching the gospel in churches everywhere till when I went to the hospital in in Oct 20 only 10 days after my daughter was killed in a train accident Back to the appointment at the hospital I coded and was rushed to emergency and I was then admitted to St Boniface .I was there for just under a month I was septic from more co2 in my blood then oxygen . I write this because it has always been worship to the trinity to my Jesus that has done one small miracle at a time Thank you for listening to my testimony blessings Tannis Giesbrecht

I have only recently found you guys. I just wanted to thank you for taking our men's fear of worshipping with their whole hearts full out. My husband is a fairly new believer (beat cop then construction worker) & had a manly man complex as far as letting go in song. It was complicated by 80 % deafness, also. First Don Potter Prisoner & Show me your face & now finding your ministry really has blessed us beyond words. Thanks!
