This was a little messy but not bad! You lost quite a few workers to the nydus despite seeing it very quickly - make sure you get the SCVs pulled away as soon as he starts coming for them, and be mindful of friendly fire from your tanks. Nice to see you making use of the early reaper, or alternatively you can send an SCV to scout (send one off the mineral line as soon as your first refinery starts). You did a nice job using the troops at home to handle the second nydus while using your main army to keep attacking. Good job using the medivac for tank vision too. Zerg players should almost always expand early, so if they don't, it's nearly certain they're up to something aggressive - make sure you do some extra scouting, or even spend a scan if you need to, to find out what they're doing to reduce the chance of getting caught off guard. good early scout vs. a random, and well played. The main thing to improve on here is when a drop/nidus happens-> please panick and pull at least two tanks+marines to defend, pull SCVs away, and don't bring SCVs back until it's clear to do so. maybe go for 4th base at 8 minutes in this case. otherwise. gg.

Ahh thanks man! Oh yeah, roaches are ranged but they can’t shoot up can they. I knew this but I didn’t really appreciate it till now

So excellent job on the win but this was honestly really sloppy. You kept your tanks unsieged at the front for a remarkably long time, so much so that if he had committed to a strong push he probably could have run past your bunker and killed your unsieged tanks. You kept your supply depot raised at the front (which you hatted) raised so that your tanks had to walk around your entire mineral line before they could get to the front. You saw the nydus going up but you parked your tank outside of the range and waited for it to come up all the way taking way more damage than you needed to, and you were really slow about pulling your front forces causing way more SCV loses than needed. Thing is I think you are probably kicking yourself for that so I'll stop there. Just try to take it easy and not panic as much. I do wanna mention a couple good things I saw. You scouted and you found the early roach nest and that led you to put down a bunker. Which was a great call. Your counter push was also really well executed and I like that you used the high ground vision of the medivac. Keep up the good work.

3:15 - you also saw a roach walk out AND no second base. So you should get very defensive at that point. 4:53 - why is that tank not sieged? 5:30 - you can actually just rightclick changelings. Not that useful at this moment, but can save you a lot of trouble of killing your own units when u suspect one is a changeling. That turret was also just bad and you should've placed that. 6:10 - wall at the natural is not a wall, could've tried to fix that with supply depots instead of placing then whereever. 9:13 - CLOSE THE WALL!! Other than that - not too bad. I bet that was a stressful game. Going for the counterattack was the right call, but you also should've maybe left a siege tank at each base coz nydus worms dont have that much hp and will probably die to a tank if it sees them pop (idk if that's actually true, but it might be)

@@Voidspacealpha yea you should look at the bases more. At low levels, ppl dont always have builds and/or sometimes forget parts of it, but bases usually clearly indicate their intention

this was ithe thing that lack of me. idk when and what to do to push and counter. that was a bold move from the enemy for using that nydus all in strat, which u counter it well with tanks. great job ollie. keep makin' me want to play starcraft more
