To be fair, Sandara never guested here and agreed only because of Pacquiao. She also had so much fun and translated really well. Sandara is a gem in the Philippines. We love her. She is really famous here in the Philippines. Even in far flung areas she is known.

@@jeongin006 I promise, being fluent is NOT enough to be a good translator 😭 I was raised speaking Spanish within a large Argentinian community and doing the kid translation thing occasionally for my mom and grandparents. I don’t think my Spanish is weak but I’m not a great translator *at all.* I mostly only get a general vibe across when translating in either direction and it’s honestly really hard for me to understand either one very well when I’m being asked to comprehend switches between the two in an inorganic way? Like Spanish or little interjections are an everyday occurrence but to go from one Spanish sentence to three English ones to two Spanish ones - it’s like I’m not hearing either side fully 🥴 if Dara did really well, she must have really dedicated herself when learning Tagalog

Kudos to Sandara's fast and intelligent way of translation. Not a stiff one, but funny too. She knows to humbly stand aside and not steal the spotlight. Love you girl always.

I love how Sandara translates and actually explains the reason behind Manny's answers so that the others will have more understanding. Like about his song, and among others. I though she would have a hard time but it was actually smooth. Edit: I am a Filipino so I know Sandara's history in the Philippines. I was just purely amazed at how she did it and of course proud of her as well. Just saying, so not to confuse people. Anyway...thanks for liking my comment!!!

Yup! Just want to share, Sandara used to live in the Philippines for 10 years and was exposed to Filipino speakers (whether it's polite or in casual form) :). I think that's why it was easy for her to switch Filipino to Hangul.

Dara wasn't lying when she said she's #2 next to Pacquiao HAHAH. The whole Philippines, from kids to oldies. knows her here and is pretty acknowledged as our adopted kababayan :)

What I like about this episode is that they put on guests that actually Pacman fans and really knows something about boxing so that it wouldn't be that awkward for Manny. I really like that one dude, can tell he is really a fan, he knows a lot about Pacman. This is what I like about Knowing Brothers, they really know how to cater their guests.

i love how that guy was so into his fan mode and not giving probably awkwardness situation due to language barrier at the same time helping dara so she wont overload. good job to the staff too to cast him bc some of us might know him but not that much so he keep sliding some information to acknowledge us also giving point to talk about every time

I'm so impressed hearing Manny give back to his community! The fact he didn't just give them housing but literally gave them a whole resource plan so they can get back on their feet to sustain the help they received!!!! I wish more people with money would be this thoughtful and down to earth, imagine the real change if we were to not only just donate but to actually build sustainable plans filled with resources for lower income people and the homeless

진짜 산다라박 인성이 좋은거 느껴져. 어린나이에 다른나라에서 활동해서 지금까지 인연을 이어온다는게 진짜 쉬운게 아님. 필리핀에서도 탑찍고 한국에서도 탑찍고. 진짜 대단하다. 투애니원때도 처음에 보컬 애매하던거 goaway때 라이브 엄청 늘어와서 놀랐던거 기억나고, 투애니원 활동이 없을때도 예능 열심히 하고. 지금까지 행보 보면 진짜 끈기와 열정이 최고같음

Maybe I'm just biased because my grandma is bisaya but people from Manila are full of bs. At least those from Bisaya and Mindanao speak more dialects not to mention better English. This is true. The Pacquiao family is very generous with their blessings. My cousin used to work as an EMT in Pacquiao's subdivision's emergency service. Every time my cousin went to Pacquiao's house he was always given money. The same goes when my cousin would play basketball against Pacquiao in the subdivision's basketball court. My cousin tries to refuse but Manny says "Just keep it" and doesn't take no for an answer. I suppose when you're generous, you make space for even more blessings.

I got teary-eyed listening to Pacquiao with his advocacy and laughed most of the time because the show was funny. Kudos to the Staff, theCrew and the producer of this show. Kamshamnida! God bless Philippines and Korea 🇵🇭💖🇰🇷

I remember Sandara when she was a contestant on a Filipino TV show calles Star Circle Quest. She is good at translating Korean to Filipino and vice versa, and yes she was already a singer at that time. Well , Manny Pacquiao is a living legend , sobrang Idol talaga. Kudos ! From Philippines 👋

Heechul is soooo quiet. I mean, he's often the most loud and talkative.😂Maybe , he's giving it to others who are fanboying over Manny Pacquiao.
