Hearty congratulations to you Raksha. All the best to you in all your endeavours. Your explanation regarding makhana was very good and the knowledge you have acquired in the product. You presented yourself as a very honest and a sincere and a no nonsense young entrepreneur. May I suggest you to please learn about the Lotus stem too. A lot of Punjabi and Sindhi community people use both dried and the fresh ones in their cuisine and is à delicacy in itself. I wish you all the best once again. It was earlier Healthy fibre girl with cold pressed oil and now it's you. The entrepreneurship is growing. Keep going and stay blessed.

Wonderful interview. One suggestion, both of you should be wearing hair nets since its a food manufacturing facility. I observe that workers are wearing it.
