It's honestly really great for that price! A friend of mine got it just to use it as a display piece because you legit cannot tell it's fake unless you pull it out of the packaging. I was REALLY close to getting a KO of Figma Guyver, but AliExpress sellers were still wanting at least 60-70 bucks for him. Glad they announced a re-release before I forked over any money! Do you have any experience with any other KOs?

Yep! I'm sure some people would want one to keep mint on card, and open the real one to be able to enjoy(or vice verse) so they could have the best of both worlds. Personally I open everything(with just a couple of exceptions) so if I were getting it, it would be for a custom. I wish there was a KO monster Venom actually because I would LOVE to have a monster Anti-Venom. That would be awesome!

I love the Ryu melody playing in the background.

honestly been thinking about getting this knock off to make a custom sabertooth cause hasbro slacking with that update. I'll hold off a little longer

Dude I didn't want to get a knock off on ebay and I didn't know that it was but I had no choice but to get I been dieing to get one retro venom and is it stupid to get a 103 dollar to get the real one I got mine for 43 dollars and it was almost gone

I'd say it kind of depends. If you're going to customize it or leave it in box anyway, then the KO isn't bad at all especially considering the price. Even if you plan to pose and enjoy the figure then the KO isn't bad. Now with that said there is still something nice about having the real thing... I'd say hold out for a good deal if you can!

I used to hate this figure when initally released. In the philippines, the og one costs about 30 usd. The fake one for 20 usd.

Did you not like the mold, or the paint? I always thought the original design from the Cartoon was as little goofy looking, but I think Hasbro did a pretty good job bringing it to life here. And 30 USD is a great price for it! I know at one point this thing was going for $100. And I don't think it's anywhere near being worth that much for it.

Ahhh yeah I remember people talking about the holes because of it being the same mold as Omega Red I think? So it was a pretty lazy repaint since they didn't just fill the holes with something.

How much is it for real now?
