I dont understand this rule. Someone is so passionate for serving for nation, is physically strong, can run faster but still get rejected bcus his knee is just touching slightly 😕

They should resolve this issue. .. While Going for PET if a person is physically fit and is able to run faster ...so what is the problem then. ..this is not a big issue ...they should solve this while examining ...so is their reason many young physically well and fit guys getting rejecting due to this little cause ....they must change the ir point of view while examine knoc knees ...if a person is having major problem or have fractured or dislocated bone they can reject them but if a person's knees are touching slightly they can allow him for another exams ....

Chalne mein mere ghutne ragadte the maine bahut video's dekhi aor exercise bhi kari but theek nhi ho rhi thi but jab maine sir ki exercise's follow kari to 14-15 din me hi pura difference aa gya. Ab mai akdam theek hun. Sir ne jo exercise btayin hain "Blindly follow" Karo Thank you sir love you

You can also cycling 🚲🚲🚲🚲. Cycling is one of the best exercise to improve knock knee.

Knock knee eh? I haven't seen a single person with knock knee having any problems while doing anything. And that includes running,walking with heavy stuff , kicking, jumping. Knock knee or no knock knee you just need to know how to use. (And most of people don't have that much severe knock knees) Hm... You won't get admitted in army just bcuz u have knock knee reason u can't run that seems puny reason to me. (And I believe they must have trained so they won't have severe knock knee) I wonder if it's related to your fitness.
