I somewhat recently ordered this collection of sock patterns and am working on the Picnic 🧺 Blanket pattern. I love the look and the simplicity. I am using a gorgeous yarn, Ruby and Roses in her plump rose base in the colorway Dumbledore’s Army. This combination is everything sock knitting should be.

The heel on the gorgeous bee socks looks like honeycomb!!🐝🍯

Fantastic! Toe up socks are my favourite.

All of the socks are lovely but the Wild Bees are my favorite! 🐝

I don't knit socks but those Wild Bee socks with the bee motif and the eye of partridge heel that looks like honeycomb with the gorgeous golden yarn, almost had me thinking about it. Such a beautifully thoughtful design.

I made the Wild Bees pattern and absolutely love it! I used a Knit Picks tonal in a similar colorway. #Adventurous Beginner :)

Oh I love Bees. Gorgeous. But I am not in love with cuff down socks. So might not get to have them.

When it comes to sock yarn. what is the least percentage of nylon that should be in sock yarn to be a Sturdy pair of socks?

Hi I just purchased the picnic blanket pattern and I’m doing the med size. Why 31 and 33 on the other needle and not the 32 on each needle to do the 2x2 rib? Is there a reason for this?

Also, Helen, what needles/method do you use to knit your socks please?
