In this video I'll demonstrate how to knit sweaters and cardigans for Barbie and Blythe dolls, including some of the more complicated techniques such as Cable Cast On and M1R and M1L increases. My patterns are knit in one piece, on flat or circular needles, so you don't have to do much seaming. I hope you find this video useful and explore making your own dolls clothes. Thank you, that's so kind of you. I think I made my own colour :D - plain mauve polish and then a layer of glitter polish over the top.
What size needles? This is an excellent video thank you🥰

Thank you so much, Barbara. I usually use 2.25mm needles for the rib edges and 2.75mm for the main part.
That is some minute knitting! 🤗, im going to learn! So far i have 1, 2, 3, n size 4 needles. Will those work?

Hi Gayle, I tend to use 2.25mm and 2.75mm needles for doll knitting. I don't know what number those needles are :)

I want to buy pattarn for btyle but can you do full how to vdo with pattern show how to finish sweater it will be good for beginning who buy patterb from your shop

Thank you, Sonia! They don't use much yarn at all. I've never measured it exactly but 2 or 3 of those little Noro bundles is enough - the ones in the video where I've separated out the colours, not a whole skein :).

Does Blythe fit Barbie clothes

Not really. Blythe's body is more stocky (her waist is larger, her legs aren't as long). Some of the vintage Skipper clothes fit Blythe though.
