You have to admire the thought process of developing a system with a simple response maybe one or two simple responses to every attack it eliminates the thought process and make it instantaneously instinctively. Many of the many progressive instructors are reaching this conclusion that The only way to survive an attack is following this method. I would love to hear about the instructor's background and how he came about this methodology. I would like to see more detail also on the striking portion and better detail on the foot positioning while establishing balance and a solid base. I think the system is awesome. I have been practicing something similar my whole life with armbars through different variations of the same technique over and over again that is why boxing is so effective limited arsenal very versatile.

Hope the other practitioners watched this video and adapt what Aidan showed in this video: this is as realistic as you can see. Great work and great explanations. I am not telling you because I am one of rhe Kalah instructors but as a martial artist of 40 yrs. This guy is real and what he shows you will save your life. The hold is tight, but what about the other arm. Can't you just pass the knife to it?
