Frickin hilarious how similar we are on that computer ordeal. Bought my computer off Amazon in 2018 and over time I've upgraded it as I run across issues. First was my 1060 GTX to 2060 RTX. Followed by a basic 16 gig ram to 32. Replaced a pathetic Sata 120 gig SSD with a 2 tera NvME SSD, that Sata was so small it barely held the necessary files for basic operations. Most recently was my PSU people telling me it barely complies with ATX spec and gpu crases are abundant, 600 to 750 watt now. More recently my CPU was hitting 100% while playing Marvel's Avengers so I decided to upgrade that. Well yeah same issue you had Mother Board so outdated that my choices were pretty much non-existent for an upgrade. A Intel Core i9-9900K was the best I could get but the board would actually perform worse than an my 8700K because of throttling.

I must've played this game around 15-20 times now and I never once noticed that beating Phoenix Magnion reduces the enemy count in the other stages. That's incredible

You Didn't get all the forms because you forgot Omega Form for all S Ranks every stage. ALTERNATIVE WAY GET ALL CYBER ELFS AND POWER UP ALL THE FUSIONS BUT DO NOT USE!
