Knee Strengthening Exercises
1) Static Quads
2) Quads-Over-Roll ( QOR)
3) Seated knee extension and isometric hamstring curl
4) Straight Leg Raise ( SLR)
5) SLR with external rotation for VMO ( inner quads)
6) Hip Abduction in Side-Lying position
7) Squats - quarter to half to one leg
8) Hamstring Curl in standing
9) Hip abduction in standing

    Nice.squat with pilatis ball with the back to the. Wall.is it good for knees ?
